Walk into the Open and Bright Living Areas as well as a game room/ additional bedroom connected to the dining room and a fully stocked spacious kitchen, Upstairs enjoy the oversized Master Suite, Bright and Fun Bunk Room, Surfer Queen Room, and Tropical King Room all on one Floor! Perfect for everyone to enjoy!

As you walk in you will be welcomed by spacious Living Spaces, Large TV, and a Formal Dining Area. Full Spacious Kitchen is a short walk further down with further amenities to enjoy. Complimentary Coffee stations and Essentials will be provided to complete your stay.

Our Private 4+ Bedrooms/2+ Bath Residence will cater to all your group/family needs.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all the Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Food Blender, Dual Sinks with Hot/Cold water access, and complimentary cooking essentials will be provided.

Living Spaces will include a large sitting area with comfortable seating arrangements for all your group needs. 3rd Private Queen Bedroom boasts a large wall-mounted tv including streaming services with plenty of room for storage and seating. The surfer décor makes it truly a vacation in a room. It will share a Full bathroom with complimentary toiletries and Bath Essentials. The bedroom will include Bed linens and Extra towels.

4th bedroom is decked out with a King Bed wall-mounted TV with streaming services and overlooks the rose garden below. It will share a Full Bathroom with complimentary toiletries and Bath Essentials. This room is perfect for a second couple.

All Full Bathrooms will include complimentary toiletries, amenities, and shampoos to complete your stay. Clean and comfortable bathroom towels and essentials will be available for you to enjoy. 3rd Half Bath will be on the first floor main living area.

Private 2 Car Garage is converted into a huge game and hangout space with recessed lighting, heating and air unit, stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee station as well as games, and 2 Full beds to accommodate resting or more guests!
An additional One Car Garage is stocked with beach gear such as chairs, surfboards, and boogie boards. An extra-long driveway provides Additional Parking available for larger vehicles or multiple vehicles making parking easy and private.

Guest access
The Residence is completely used for the tranquility of each occupancy only. Private Entry with Secured and Fast Wi-Fi for every stay. All details for your complete privacy will be provided at arrival for your convenience.

Only Registered Occupants are allowed to use the property. Any Occupancy or House Rules violations will terminate the stay without refund and any additional fees associated with the violation.
