Perfect for a Family to Rest and Relax

A Perfect place to rest and recharge while visiting family in Chula Vista. Having a room for each of our 3 big teenagers to escape to was key to maintaining a peaceful vacation! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts provided beyond everything. It was nice having a grocery store and Starbucks nearby too!

Nice neighborhood and nice home!

The house was clean and instructions for check in/check out was simple. They even had suggestions for things to do & places to eat for us! Communication with the host was really good and professional! Would recommend staying here to others!

The house was very nice. We didn’t care for the extra ring camera focused on the back yard and the living room. We felt like we were being watched all the time. The owner/host gives no leniency on check-in and check-out times. There are 2 different check-out times 10 and 11? We asked for a little more time and were told we’d have to pay for another day. I accidentally left some very sentimental jewelry in the master bedroom and asked him to send it. I never got it back. We paid for 9 people but were told we could not park in front of the neighbors house! Our instructions upon leaving said to press “lock” on the door. There was no such thing!?

We have 3 outdoors cameras for security reasons, we would never use them for anything other then that ! the guest wanted a super early check in time which was impossible as the cleaning crew were getting the house ready, and an Evening check out time which by then i had to turn around the house for the next guest, that is why i told them they need to pay for an extra day if they whish to do so ! We never found any jewelry in the house or we would have sent it back ! We have a large driveway for 4 cars plus plenty of side parking in front of our property so im not sure where the issue is there

Such a great property to stay in!

This house is spacious and the backyard had more than enough space for my 8-year old and one year old nephews to run around and play in. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend you stay here.

great with a few suggestions

recommendations, cleaning: found used tissues under one bed, hair in drain of shower! maintenance: one toilet leaked at the floor. Overall we were very happy with the property, just these few comments in the hope that we can assist owner in making the property perfect.

Family vacation

Property was great! Exceeded my expectations of a property. My family of 7 fit perfectly and lots of space to be separate if we wanted to be. Only thing that wasn’t explained was when the yard gets cleaned. We didn’t expect to see some people in the backyard. Other than that we had a great time!

Improvements can be made

Large house and enjoyed the family room being open the kitchen and all the bedrooms were upstairs along with the toys for little ones in the garage. However, disappointed in the maintenance of the property. There is no handrail on the stairs (tell had been removed) making it dangerous for little ones and even adults. The icemaker in the kitchen freezer is broken which needs repair, no microwave in the kitchen so had to run to the makeshift kitchen in the garage to heat things up, dining room chairs are broken, screen missing in front bedroom so had to leave air on entire stay, cameras in the backyard so had no privacy, kitchen missing basics (no tongs, no pepper, no timer, no placements or napkins, etc). Had to ask Dario to send kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and kitchen towels as these were lacking for a weeks stay. He did provide them promptly which was appreciate. Laundry had left over rags in the washer and all bathroom towels were stored damp so had to re-dry them before using.
