This cheerful top floor unit is a 1 minute walk to the beach, and few minutes walk to the center of West End village and Half Moon Bay beach. Quietly located on the right side of Half Moon Bay which ensures you a tranquil environment.

You'll love the private screened in porch, fully stocked kitchen, very high ceilings and clean/bright space.

It’s breezy, open concept living space and is perfect for relaxing.

Every room has AC, vaulted ceilings with fans, closets with shelves, and black out curtains. Gas stove, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker/ grinder, and panini maker.
Enjoy the tree top views , and sounds of the waves rolling in from every window. A highlight being your big screened in porch, with fan,and L shaped couch.
Scuba diving, Snorkeling, swimming, paddle boards, are only a one minute walk away. Keep in mind you're visiting the second largest barrier reef in the world, and it's right outside your door.

Your unit is on the 3rd floor, and you have access to an outdoor shower upon returning from your adventures.

The price Christmas- Easter, plus national holidays and island events will be higher than the price listed here, due to very high demand. Please ask for exact price.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This is not a party house nor do we allow children or infants.

We provide paper goods to get you started as well as 10 gallons of drinking water. Refills are $2 per 5 gallons.

Reco/ power is not included in the price. Your meter will be read upon arrival and then again at departure. You can pay with cash or it will be taken out of your deposit or by requesting money on this website. Reco costs between $0.40-$0.48 /Kw/h.

We also request for longer vacations, over 14 nights, that a cleaning lady/ man cleans the unit at $35.


Also, All Honduran rentals are required to pay 19% sales tax. This can be collected upon check in in cash. Power will be collected upon check out in on this website or in cash.
