The cottage was very nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and private dock. The only thing that I would recommend are non stick pans in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying at the Mermaid’s Perch. Cristina was super responsive and really helpful and friendly. The cabana is so cute. It’s in a beautiful community and so close to an amazing beach with a long semi-private dock with steps into the water. Also, you have access to the community pool! We’d happily come back again…just a lovely place!

As a dive instructor (husband) and divemaster (myself), we're passionate about Roatan's underwater world. I manage this property for my mother in Florida and love sharing our island paradise with guests, helping them experience Roatan's magic through diving, snorkeling, relaxation, and island vibes.

The pier is perfect for swimming, snorkeling out to the nearby reef, and even jumping off the second story (if you're feeling adventurous!). While the cabana is conveniently close to the street for catching taxis and accessing all the tourist attractions, the best part is that the beach itself feels secluded. You can easily find a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility, away from the crowds. That's what we love most – the combination of convenience and quiet beach time.
