Welcome to Oceanfront Dream at Folly Beach, SC. This is a renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury condo. This executive unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. Two master suites with oceanfront views and balcony access, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom with 2 beds. Four full baths, including one rain shower in largest master suite.

Shiplap throughout main living area. Black granite kitchen counter tops, rugs on tile floor in bedrooms and living room, Italian marble dining table, large flat screen TV and cream leather furniture in living rom. TVs in all bedrooms and a 35 foot oceanfront balcony.

This vacation home, Oceanfront Dream, is ready for gatherings of friends and families. It is designed and furnished for guests who expect "a bit more" from a vacation villa- a classy, elegant, and comfortable environment.

Create some wonderful memories besides the ocean! Relax on the balcony, frolic in the ocean, build sand castles, walk to restaurants and shopping- family traditions begin here! You'll feel right at home at Oceanfront Dream.

This condo was amazing. We have been coming to Folly Beach for the last several years now and this is hands down the nicest place we have stayed at. Great view, on the beach clean, and close to all the restaurants/bars. We will continue to book when coming to the area.

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd year at Folly Beach and this condo. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and shops in walking distance. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach and pool every day. Our host Sarah made checking in with ease and was very responsive to all my questions prior to our trip

Perfect location!

We recently stayed for the Cooper River Bridge Run. We could not have been happier with the property; it was clean and spacious. Additionally, it is within walking distance of all things great on Folly. Sarah was a gracious host and was responsive to our questions.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and huge! I could not believe how large it was. There were five of us there for a long girls weekend. Everybody had plenty of privacy. The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere. The property was very clean, and the property management was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I definitely would stay there again. The only complaint I have is that the elevators were down. Only one elevator in the whole building was working, and it even broke down a couple times. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely book again.

Great getaway!

Spring Break Bliss

Our experience from the time of booking until checkout was perfect! Sarah, the owner, is attentive and responsive. All my inquiries were answered within minutes. The Condo is phenomenal
newly renovated, spacious, large balcony with an amazing ocean-view from three rooms of the condo, and convenient location (walking distance to all the restaurants & shops). Wedding Weekend on Folly

Excellent rental

Loved the decor and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Condo is also stocked with extras- board games, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. The owner also responded very quickly to all requests. Will definitely plan to return to Oceanfront Dream!

Great location right on Folly Beach

This condo is a great location right on Folly Beach. We didn't need a car to get to restaurants/bars, etc. We had 6 adults and the 4 bedrooms & baths worked perfectly for our group. Sarah was also very responsive to any questions we had.

What views!

Amazing views of the ocean. Master shower bathroom fixtures desperately need to be replaced. Kitchen drawers were a wreck. Basic knife set was absent. But we were there for the ocean :)

Beautiful Condo, Folly is the Best!

Our family prefers to go to the beach where there aren’t massive crowds. Folly Beach is the perfect mix of just enough commercialization that there are a few good restaurants/shops within walking distance, but not falling into “tourist trap” status. This keeps the crowds at a comfortable level. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is our favorite place to stay. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Villas, but the first time in this particular condo. This condo was beautifully furnished, well decorated, in the perfect location, and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable, the balcony had a perfect view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do breakfast and lunch in the condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family to enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again!

Wonderful Vacation

This property is beautiful!! It is a great location and the views from the porch make it special for all ages. It was such a well stocked condo with chairs, toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need!! Can’t wait to rent this property again!!
