Bienvenue Ă  Seaside Villa 102 sur Folly Beach! Ce fantastique condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain offre une vue pittoresque sur l'Atlantique et Folly Pier. L'emplacement est imbattable avec l'accĂšs direct Ă  la plage et Ă  distance de marche du centre-ville de Folly Beach, oĂč tous les magasins, restaurants et divertissements sont situĂ©s. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de tout ce que cette ville balnĂ©aire Ă©clectique a Ă  offrir.

Vous adorerez avoir votre propre espace avec la salle de bain complÚte pour chaque chambre. Le plan d'étage ouvert combine cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Le porche en bord de mer offre la toile de fond parfaite pour le café du matin ou un happy hour relaxant. La cuisine comprend toutes les commodités pour le chef de famille pour préparer les repas. Rassemblez-vous pour vous retrouver en famille autour de la table à manger pour 6 personnes. Le salon comprend 2 canapés pour se détendre et la télévision pour le grand match ou la soirée cinéma. AccÚs privé au porche depuis le salon et la chambre lit king-size en bord de mer.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité; WIFI et cùble haute vitesse gratuits; 2 places de parking réservées; et l'ascenseur juste devant votre porte. Il y a une douche extérieure et un accÚs direct à la plage juste à cÎté de l'immeuble, et une station de sauveteur sur la plage, directement derriÚre le condo.

À seulement 25 minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de Charleston. Charleston propose des visites historiques, des promenades en calĂšche, des musĂ©es, des boutiques, des restaurants de classe mondiale et flĂąnez dans le port de Waterfront Park ou de The Battery.

Best location we could have asked for! Close to all things Folly. Parked upon arrival and didn’t drive again until our stay was over.Nice three bed/ three bath, oceanfront unit. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It also had the best nonstick cookware we have ever had in a villa. Matt, the manager, was very quick to respond, extremely nice and helpful, and made up for an inconvenient leak from the unit above us that poured down into our villa. Thank you again, Matt! Dinner at Rita’s was exceptional Fortunately, the two leaks went into one tub/shower unit and into the jacuzzi tub, so none of our belongings got wet.We slept surprisingly well the first three nights, considering how hard the king bed was, but the last two nights started taking a toll. I couldn’t have done another night, no, no, no.The queen and twins were springy and had a mattress cover on them, so the offspring slept well.All in all, we had a very good stay and we hope to come back!

This home was amazing! You could ask for a better location or a more comfortable home. We had family from Summerville visit while we were there and everyone had the best time.Home is great for a couple of families and couldn't be closer to the beach and restaurants. I didn't get in my car once while I was there. Absolutely everything is within easy walking distance.Puzzles, games and so many places to have a great meal and play games with the kids.My Mom and I can't wait to come back!

This condo I was a great place to stay at Folly Beach. So close to everything. A few minutes walking distance to the parade and the beach. Great outdoor, covered patio.

Views and Convenience

Views from the deck were both relaxing and interesting. The convenience of downtown Folly Beach can't be over stated. Definitely, this place is on my list to go back to.

Wonderful week at the beach

This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Great Spot

Couldn't ask for a better location. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping...all right there. Clean place, spacious, every room has its own bathroom. We all had a blast! View from the porch is why oceanfront rules. I gotta be able to see the ocean at all times.

Amazing location

Ideal location, easy access to the beach, extremely clean, awesome deck overlooking the beach. Parking was super convenient. Would highly recommend!

Long Weekend Trip

Great rental agency, very easy to deal with, great location, nice layout of living space. Floors, furniture dirty, not a lot of kitchen equipment but it does have the basics. Would recommend agency and location.

It was a wonderful short stay, even if the weather caused us to duck out a little earlier than we planned too. I would def book again next time that I am in the area; close to the heart of Folly Beach and right on the beach as well

Best location at Folly

Easy walking to everything. Restaurants, shopping. We didn't move our car for a week. Only wish they had room darkening curtain in master bedroom. Still a 5 star rating for us.

50th Anniversary for my sister and her husband

We had the first floor corner condo with great views of the beach and pier. We prepared breakfast in the morning and sat on the deck with coffe and eggs each morning. Trying to cook was a challenge between the crooked pans and stovetop. Appliances could use an update. But overall we had a wonderful time exploring Charleston and Folly area

Not even 1-star rating on this one

I hate doing this. But here goes. Just because you don’t have to. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. This property owner TAKES NO PRIDE in the property. From the disrepairs of hanging facia & unkept paint on the exterior 
 it doesn’t get better once you step in the door. Old cracked entry tile, old outdated showers, out dates worn out kitchen appliances and master bath was gross. Unkept caulk, a jacuzzi the size of another small room makes the master bath suite repulsive. The floor trim was done by an unskilled Handiman, every blind was missing slats or didn’t work. The back slider was filthy & smeared. The patio was dusty and riddled in bird poop. The master shower was slanted and the faucet handle didn’t work we had to tinker to get it to even shut off. I’m being real in my review so the next family comes in knowing what to expect. We think a vacation should be a step up. This property under-delivered and we won’t recommend or return to this or any Caroline One property. They earned this review by not heading it off. Doubt they care. But for those who save all year, the way we do, for a great experience away - be warned, you’ll walk away disappointed that you over paid for a run down rental.

Best Location on Folly Beach

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!
