At 3,000 square feet, Modern River Retreat has plenty of space for families and friends to spread out and relax in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This North Georgia cabin rental boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room to sleep 6 guests. Along with entertaining amenities, this cabin along the Toccoa River has an ideal location to pop into town or visit the Chattahoochee National Forest - and a ramp for easy arrivals.

Hungry? Whip up meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy eating together in the dining area. There's also a gas grill outside for fun cookouts on vacation and a wet bar. Outdoors, enjoy sparkling river views, soaks in the hot tub - while watching TV, and community amenities that include a firepit, pavilion, and benches down by the river.

Inside, cuddle by the fireplace on cooler evenings, watch movies on the big screen TV together, take a bath in the garden tub, and play foosball and provided board games. You can tap into the high speed Wi-Fi whenever you please, and a washer/dryer is provided to use as needed. There's a TV in every bedroom and a mix of 2 kings and 1 queen bed so everyone can have a private place to retreat while on vacation in Blue Ridge, GA.

Everything was nice the rooms are neat and spacious. The outdoor setup is amazing nice views and fireplace to keep you warm during those cold months

Perfect sanctuary

Great location and cabin. Well stocked with amenities. Only drawback was the lack of tv unless you subscribe to a streaming service & happen to know your login passwords. Would have been nice to know that upfront but we didn’t go there to watch tv. We were happy watching nature.

A “Must-Stay” in Blue Ridge!

We had the most amazing stay, the best place to have rung in the new year! The cabin is even prettier in person and the layout has such a great flow. It has a beautiful view of the creek and you can even see the train passing by below! The day we arrived it was snowing and there were several smaller vehicles on the road to get there that had to wait out the storm, so I would recommend AWD cars if going in the colder months (although the terrain was just right for us Miamians). The cabin had plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep us entertained for our stay and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The location was great, super quick drive to Walmart for groceries and to the main area of Blue Ridge. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Beautiful, modern cabin!

The cabin is a lovely new-build with modern features and amenities such as stainless steel appliances with a 5-burner gas stove, high vaulted ceilings, modern farmhouse furnishings, bifold patio doors, and a great deck for outdoor entertainment or relaxation complete with a fireplace and flat screen tv. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and the checkin process was easy. We couldn't get the gas fireplaces started, couldn't locate the Wifi password and didn't see any instructions in the welcome binder. However, I called and emailed customer support and they were able to assist me. I'd suggest providing this kind of information in the welcome binder for future guests.
