NEWLY RENOVATED!!! 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment for rent that sleeps 12 people that includes 1 boat well during rental (boats 40 ft or shorter) near the boat launch. Property has recently been completely updated with new paint and hardwood floors throughout.

Close to boat launches/marina/shopping/restaurants and 3 minutes to Selfridge Air National Guard Base. Easy to find and a short distance from I-94.

Needed last minute stay on a holiday weekend. Not only were we able to find an option for 9 people, but the owner provided an upgrade to a unreserved property with more beds at no additional charge.

What can I say? I got scammed. Was supposed to be 4 bedroom 2 bath however the host rented the smaller apartment out to someone else and wanted me to be thankful that he rented me anything because the big bass tournament was going on. Offered me a 200 dollar refund. Laughable to say the least because you can bet he made a lot more on double booking the apartment. The apartment that I had was hot and stuffy with below subpar cooling. He had fans sitting everywhere and some never even worked. The outlets were questionable with some only having one working. The beds were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. The fridge was dirty, the sink stank from the drain. Thank god I travel with Clorox wipes. I get one short vacation a year to be able to take the grandkids for a decent 2 day trip. Run from this guy and his scams.

Property manager was amazing to accommodate all needs. Property was very clean. Everything was great overall.

1st property was unacceptable, asked for optional property and was provided an equally unacceptable poorly renovated Bait Shop. No windows, smelled of dead fish and cat urine. Rotten food left in fridge. Bedding for 12 people with 1 shower, half bath was a toilet in the garage. How do sleep 12 and have only 1 shower? Not enough seating in the entire area for 12 people either? Building was in a Boat Yard. Unsafe area, certainly not acceptable for children. We attempted to get our money back and was told good luck. Very disappointed. My inexperience with with on-line renting put our entire family in a very difficult position to start a vacation. Never again.

Great rental for fishing lake St Clair. Awesome accommodations and parking for boats. John is so easy to work with. Already set for next year!

Fishing trip!

We rented this property for a fishing trip with 10 guys and it was awesome. Talked to John on the phone a couple of times and he made sure everything was all ready to go. We parked 2 boats and about six cars there with plenty more space to go. The places is huge on the inside with space to cook meals as a group and hang out in the different living spaces. 10/10 will be renting again for the different fishing seasons! It’s also in a nice area close to restaurants, boat launches, and grocery stores.

Lake St. Clair

Renting this property was easy. Convenient to boat ramps and plenty of parking for three trucks with boats. Property manager was excellent!

Really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 boats and trucks. More than enough parking.

Owner was available for any concerns. Close to restaurants and a very nice boat ramp within 3-4 miles. Would stay again.
