Your best option! The white sand terrace in front of the sea is spectacular, you can't miss its ocean view.
Being at ground level, the access to the beach and infinity pool makes it unique, easy access, private, and with the amenities, you are looking for.
As you enter the main room you have a bathroom, closet, dining table for 6 people, kitchenette, king size bed and living room, large windows with blackout curtains that show you the terrace overlooking the sea, sliding doors will take you to our white sand terrace, that has two sun-loungers and a sun-umbrella, small pool and BBQ pit.
The second room has a king-size bed, another bathroom, closet, a futon, a worktable for up to 3 people, smart TV, an exercise bike, which you can move towards the large windows and do your workout with an incredible ocean-view (the sunrise looks amazing), sliding doors will take you to an outdoor leaving-room and the white sand terrace that we already described, this is a great and quiet space to do yoga or meditation.
WIFI is available, you can connect the TV to your favorite App and the working space will allow you to enjoy the beach and work from home!
A/C is available in all areas.
At the condo’s main entrance there is a small grocery store that has a good supply of provisions, there is also a parking lot and laundry area (you can buy tokens for the washer and dryer use at the store).
Inside the property you can use either the stairs or elevator to get to the apartment and common areas: there is an infinity pool, the access to the beach and if you don’t feel like cooking or going out, there is a restaurant offering Mexican food, snacks, pizzas, hamburgers that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We are on the main avenue of Zona Hotelera - Kukulcan Boulevard, which allows you to have easy access to the area, public transportation, local cabs, restaurants, shopping, Airport, and much more.
Your drive from the Airport will take approximately 12-minutes.
Within a 2-minute walk is a mini-market: OXXO, which is very common to find in Mexico, a 3-minute walk from the condo you will find Restaurant “KM 19.5”, serving cocktails (margaritas are very good), fish and shrimp tacos, several options of fish and snacks. 5-minute walk to Restaurant “Navios”, Mexican fusion cuisine of seafood and fish, the place is very cozy and 2 minutes away there is a kiosk to arrange guided tours or visits to the different attractions in the area.

You can take a cab from the Airport to the apartment, you can also rent a car, bear in mind that you have parking available inside the condo.
Uber does not operate in Cancun, to get around we may recommend the local cabs, you must pay cash.
There is a bus line (red buses) that passes in front of the condo.
This is the most direct and affordable way to get to any point in the city and Zona Hotelera by crossing Kukulcan Boulevard, the main avenue where we are located so you can explore other areas in the City.
