Don't look any further for your perfect vacation destination. This property is a newly renovated dream home surrounded by million dollar properties in the prestigious community of Key Colony Beach. Beautifully updated, bright, and everything you want for your Keys getaway. Walking distance to everything in Key Colony Beach including restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis, and so much more. $300 Non-refundable Pet Fee.Max 2 pets

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, concrete construction, 60' concrete dock with deep canal access, private pool, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and great views of Bonefish Bay. Walking distance to everything in Key Colony Beach including restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis, and so much more.

The home is located in the quiet neighborhood and has quick access to the Atlantic or the Vaca Cut Channel which will take you to the Gulf. Key Colony Beach has great local restaurants, golf courses, play grounds and don't forget to check out Sunset Park located 2 blocks away. Located just 1 hour drive from famous Key West and there amazing shops and restaurants.

There will be a short term listing agreement that will need to be signed upon booking.

$300 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Max 2 pets

Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $300 pet fee that is non-refundable (this will be added to your cleaning fee). Max 2 pets. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. Everyone enjoyed the open concept and the gourmet kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. The host was very responsive and warmed up the pool as requested because of the cool nights in December. We all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets.

This Seabreeze Marathon property was exquisite. It had every detail imaginable. We are a family of 10 and there was something for every family member to do. Everything was so clean and orderly. The kids loved fishing on the dock and taking the kayak and paddle board up and down the canal and if not, swimming in the pool. The property management was also amazing. They checked up periodically to make sure everything was well and that we didn’t need anything. Thank you for making our family vacation such a memorable and unforgettable time. We will see you again soon! Very highly recommended staying here!

Couples vacay

I went with 4 other couples and we all enjoyed our stay. The only reason for 4 stars is because the 2 beds that share a room are SO LOUD. You can't turn over without waking everyone up in the room, and that door is also very loud. The other beds were comfy and quiet and there was everything we needed at the house, especially the kitchen. The pool was a perfect temp but just a tad small for 10 people to enjoy at the same time.

Seabreeze is a wonderful property

We stayed at Seabreeze for a week in February. The property is exceptional. Clean, completely equipped and in a great location. Access to the Cabana Club is a plus. Only suggestions would be a new BBQ and more comfortable chaise lounge chair (cushions are thin)

Marathon 2024

Property was neat, clean and stocked with most everything needed. Good location driving and boating. Boats larger than 35’ would be difficult to fit dockage space. Shower control in guest bathroom not working reliably. Battery in guest fan remote needed replacement. Overall nice place as advertised.

Don't look any further!!! Book this!

Very clean and so well equipped!!! Best we have ever seen through a rental. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, games!!! The description is very accurate. Our weather was a little chilly (after Christmas trip) one thing I had not seen mentioned was the fact that the back patio and pool face west so we were able to enjoy the warmth and sun into the early evening. We had young adult children who could walk to Havana jacks and cabana club to watch football!! Great week to reset and enjoy the family!!

Spring Break

Everything was wonderful about our stay! There is so much to do in Marathon and the location was perfect!! The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything in it from sand toys for the kids to extra toothbrushes. Our kids loved spending time in the pool everyday and we really enjoyed the Cabana Club as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to make wonderful memories !!

Absolutely beautiful and clean home.

The home was absolutely beautiful and VERY CLEAN. Including plenty of bath / beach towels. Kitchen FULLY stocked. Every bathroom even included toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. Every bedroom included robes and slippers, very nice touch. Would definitely recommend. Just a side note, if your trailer will not fit in driveway, you will need to park at trailer parking, located near city hall. Host was amazing with very fast response time, within minutes. There was only three of us, but plenty of room forat least 3 couples, plus kids.

Keys for Christmas

Owners checked in with us prior to arrival and day after arrival to be sure all was satisfactory. House was clean and well stocked with everything and then some. Appliances and household items were all brand new. Bedding and towels were ample as well. The owner was available when questions arose about heat, as Florida was mighty cold - but we survived. Cabana Club access was also great. Would recommend this home to families.

Amazing Property!!

I head to Marathon at least twice a year for a family trip and a guys lobster trip. I have stayed in countless properties and this one tops the list!! The numerous thoughtful extra touches, great communication, cleanliness and location...wish I could give it 10 stars!!

Perfect stay

I have been visiting Marathon for over ten years. By far this was the nicest place to stay. The home had great space, all the items you need are there, easy access to dock and to reefs. They even had dock lines for boat. We felt at home.

Great home in a great location

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this house, the location is perfect and key colony beach is an awesome neighborhood to walk, ride bikes, and canoe! The home was well stocked and very clean, they had everything we needed, towels, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, cards, games, bait freezer, extra refrigerator, and they even left us a very nice welcome package :) We had a great stay!

Father Daughter Spring Break

I brought my 19 year old daughter, brother in law and his daughter (both first timers) down for a keys fishing and adventure spring break. We had an excellent time. I am so glad I found the Seabreeze to stay in. It is in the perfect location to hop in the boat and get to the ocean and gulf. You can sit on the patio and watch across the water at the tarpon jump and boats go by. It was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. I look forward to going back. Oh, and the bikes were a nice addition. I enjoyed riding around KCB with my daughter.

Great location

We had a fantastic and relaxing getaway in the Keys. Your house is equipped extremely well with kitchen supplies, outdoor toys, comfortable beds, high end linens and towels - just to name a few. The little touches such as the welcoming snacks and wine were very nice and appreciated. The house is set up nicely for two or more couples. Because two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs there is plenty of room and privacy. With the house being located on a canal we enjoyed watching the boats go by. We did not rent a boat due to the high winds that occurred during our stay. However, the house is set up to accommodate a boat being tied up right in front. We spent a lot of time eating our meals out on the front patio. The beach cruiser bicycles were used by us everyday and it was fun exploring the neighborhood. Both my husband and I would definitely rent from you again. Thank you for a wonderful week.
