New beach house clean and ready for renters. Accessible to beautiful Sombrero Beach via bike, car, kayak or walk. Private pool. Our place is close to Publix , multiple restaurants and attractions. The canal is prime for kayaking and our spacious 40 ft dock can accommodate your boat. Just 1 hour from Key West making a day trip easy. This house is great for family vacations. There are 4 bikes, a paddle board, 2 kayaks ,floats and games. Great place to bbq and just relax. An ice machine, refrigerator and freezer are also available downstairs for bait and fish. Great reviews we strive to always make our house better for our guests. It’s a great house for vacations and making memories. There is a $250 pet fee for dogs over 20lbs and $125 for dogs under 20lbs.

This house was perfect. Aileen the host was welcoming, her attention to detail was like none I had ever seen in all the hosts/houses we have ever stayed at. No matter what you want to do in the keys this house can accommodate. My family went deep sea fishing... 2 freezers, fridge and ice machine, downstairs. Fishing gear, paddle board s, kayaks, bikes, pool. We will definitely be back.

Lovely well appointed home on the water

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on Marathon. My husband had his boat so the canal dock was perfect. The house had everything you could need including pool floats, lovely umbrellas, kayaks, etc. The pool was great with the umbrellas in the late afternoon for sun protection.

Fantastic location, wonderful well stocked and cared for property, super host, and plenty of toys from kayaks, paddle board and fishing from the dock, to pool fun and corn hole and bikes and beach time.

Great trip to Marathon!

Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool, easy to communicate with host, overall loved it! The location is very close to Publix and about a three minute drive to the beach. The waterfront is very murky, and not good for fishing, and there is not a tremendous view, but it is a lovely, well-priced vacation home.

Peaceful and beautiful property

Perfect location within walking distance to grocery store, easy bike ride to sombrero beach. Love the canal access for kayaks and paddle boards. Wonderful pool, quiet but active neighborhood. Would recommend without reservations!

We really enjoyed this property, well appointed home, very comfortable. Best feature is the commercial ice machine, we had ice for our coolers, great feature! Definitely would return!

This house is great. A lot of light on a channel, a few minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Bikes, pool, kayak. Very quite location. Absolutely recommended.

Our family of 4 stayed here comfortably. Everything was clean and amenities were great. We loved the pool and the two large umbrellas while swimming. Close to Publix and a 15-20 min bike ride to the beach. The beach was full of sargassum, so we didn’t get to enjoy it, unfortunately. Thank goodness we had a pool! We saw a family of manatees right next to the dock and the iguanas love to sun on the dock. The washer and dryer seemed brand new and much appreciated. The a/c is quite noisy for the person in the bedroom next to it. But, the a/c kept us cool during some very hot July days.

Precious keys Location

This lovely immaculate house is located very near to sombrero Beach, which is a very accessible calm beach to be on. The pool temperature was wonderful and the pool was extremely clean. It was fun to have the dock to watch the water and the animals off of the bird life was Very beautiful. We only used one bedroom the master. It was very comfortable. overall, lovely, clean bright lots of windows sweet little balcony. Many nice restaurants in the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this beautiful property.

Clean & Comfortable

This is an amazing clean well-stocked house with many amenities! Kayaks, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap....we were pleasantly surprised with all the added amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the distance from the beach. The info says a 2 minute walk, which is not accurate. But that is our only negative. It is truly a lovely house.

The house was great for convenience to Publix but it was quite the ride down the canal to get out to the ocean. You need to plan for at least a 30 min ride down the canals.

Amazing home

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were welcome with a great little guest basket and a beautifully clean home. The home accommodated our every need. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and dock for our boat. The home has everything you need to stay in and cook, bbq or yummy meals on the black stone griddle. It was so nice having a deep freezer and large ice maker for the boat. Great place to stay for the week with family and friends! Thank you!

Marathon home

The house was beautiful and clean. The amenities were also very good with lots of activities too. The only thing was there was no boat lift and it was a 30 min ride out to the ocean. I thought the map showed the house across from sombrero beach. The owner of the property was also nice and prompt to help and reply to emails and a phone call.

Another wonderful February in Marathon!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Aileen's house in Marathon Key. This is our 2nd time spending the month of February at this property which is well maintained and very nicely located. We loved the view, the fabulous pool and riding the bikes to the beach everyday. The property was very clean and Aileen was very responsive to all of our questions. She even replaced the grill within 24 hours when it stopped working. We would come back!

Just the 2 of us!

Celebrated our 38th Anniversary at this impressive beach house near Sombrero Beach in Marathon, Florida. Tasteful beach vibe, comfortable bed, great location and well equipped beach house on the canal. We loved the pool with all the floats, sitting on the deck toasting the sunset with a glass of wine. We used the included bikes almost everyday to ride to the beach or cross over to the Crane Hammock. We took advantage of all the restaurants on the water that were recommended by our host. Rented a boat for a day on the gulf and exploring. We enjoyed a delightful sunset cruise the night of our anniversary on the gulf. Everything about this house and its location is perfect. With all the opportunities to explore we never used the kayak or paddle board. Key West is an hour's drive and great way to spend a day. Only glitch we encountered was trying to use the TV with the internet. Aileen, our host checked in with us every few days. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. New memories were made in Marathon! We will be back!

Perfect Location!

We had a blast at this property and we stay all over the Florida keys since we are close by. This property was VERY clean, comfortable and located near all things fun. We brought out boat and golf cart and had plenty of space for cars and trailers. Would highly recommend!

Great Place

House was everything we needed for 6ppl. Felt like home... Clean, well decorated, plenty of room. Lots of great items to use at house. Bikes, water sports, beach stuff. Location is “key" in the middle of the keys down the road from Sombrero Beach, which is Beautiful - Little playground, bathrooms, covered seated areas. Tons of Restaurants & Activities. Easy Painless check in and out. We would stay here again.

The perfect getaway

We had the most fabulous time last week at this home for our youngest daughter’s senior year spring break. The home had everything we needed and we really only left a few times because we just wanted to relax. The grocery stores are 2 minutes away which was nice. We loved the pool and back patio and used it every day. We really enjoyed the paddle board and kayak and we even got to see manatees on our last full day! Loved the commercial ice maker and the black stone too. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Vacation Home

We had the best stay at this property! It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool, fishing off the dock, and location to everything in town. Wonderful Family Vacation

We checked in and first impression was the home is beautiful and very clean. The linen is good quality and there is plenty of towels, especially with our group of ten. We went downstairs and the storage room was full of extras, which made it perfect for our teenagers and adults too. There was bikes, kayak, paddle board, fishing rods, corn hole boards, and more. It worked out perfect since we flew in this time, we had everything we needed and more. We plan to book again for our next Keys vacation.
