Since Meadows Run Modern is an end unit, you’ll enjoy a feeling of privacy and unobstructed views of the Meadows trail and the San Sophia Ridge. In the sunken LIVING ROOM, there are lots of seating arrangements to choose from. You can sip a glass of wine by the corner fireplace, read a book in one of the cozy armchairs, or curl up on the sofa. Glass doors lead outside to the BALCONY, which also offers plenty of lounging space and a great spot to sip a mug of hot cocoa on a chilly afternoon.

The KITCHEN and DINING AREAS are elevated slightly and also have wonderful views of the surrounding area. Wood cabinets and quartzite countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace, and the premier gas range is topped with a stylish vent hood. Across from the range, a wine fridge sits next to the large, paneled refrigerator. Perch on one of the barstools while waiting for the morning coffee to brew, or have a seat at the large, circular dining table.

In the PREMIER BEDROOM SUITE, you’ll find a small seating area, an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a jetted tub and step-in steam shower, and a completely comfortable king-size bed. A SECONDARY SUITE also includes a sumptuous king-size bed, and an ATTACHED BATHROOM with a double vanity area, a soaking tub with jets, and a steam shower. TWO ADDITIONAL BEDROOM SUITES with FULL BATHROOMS— one with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed— mean that everyone in your group will have a private space to call their own and a comfortable place to recharge after a day on the slopes. There’s also a LAUNDRY ROOM for washing all your gear.
