Fantastic stay!

We have been coming to Gulf Place for 15 years. This is a great condo. Clean, decorated very well. Gulf Place remains the hidden gem of 30A.

Great place

Loved our stay at Good vibes. We stayed here a few months ago. It is up to date, clean and comfortable. Still having maintenance but didn’t bother our stay. Very good restaurants in walking distance. Great place for a couple or for a couple and two kids.

This is how you do it!!

Perfect location , everything was top of the line and so clean. Beds were so comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm. We’ve stayed in several places on 30A but this is by far the best.

Great location and condo was clean!!

We have visited Santa Rosa for years and stayed at Gulf Place each time. This condo was by far the best yet. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was finding out a day or so before we arrived that balconies were closed. This was a huge disappointment. We always have coffee and breakfast on the balcony.

Place was very good

The condo was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It was extremely clean and the beach was directly across the street. There were five-six restaurants within a hundred yards. The ONLY drawback to the great stay was spotty Wi-Fi in the bedroom away from the living room router. The Kismet staff was great throughout the booking process and the days leading up to the check-in. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again in the seasons to come stay

4th of July Gulf Place

Nicely decorated and loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. The property was clean however the bathroom tub and sink drains were clogged. The walls are very thin, and right off the pool can be very loud in the summer. There is construction going on right next to the condo and that should be disclosed in the description.

Too much for what you get

The unit interior is updated, clean and maintained. However we were stunned by the very low quality of the building and poor maintenance at every level. One stair was barricaded and had a sign “Closed until further notice “. Very possibly a fire code violation. The folks we spoke with at Kismet, the property manager, were very courteous and helpful in resolving a problem. Check in was very convenient but only gave 3 stars due to 4:30 check in/9:30 checkout and not flexible on this. We flew in and had to wait all day to use the unit. The Owner however was rude and difficult to communicate with. Ch close on the as Overall the unit was nice and we really like the beach area. The unit rate is way too much for the property. We could have rented a much much nicer unit in Rosemary for the same price but we missed out due to not booking quickly enough.

Love Gulf Place

We love Santa Rosa Beach, and this is the best unit that we’ve stayed at in this complex. Very clean, cozy, and updated. The owner was quick in responding to my questions day-of. The folks upstairs were a bit loud, but that is not unique to this unit. Great stay.
