Eileen, hope I spelled that correctly. Was great to deal with as well as Dina. Very attentive, though we had no issues. Residence was clean and well maintained, everything that was promised. Second time staying here this year, hoping we have a reason to return in 2026!

It makes sense that the apartment is cheaper than a hotel but:-the door’s deadbolt cannot lock when you leave -the shower and microwave were dirty upon checkin-the property manager, Queen is unresponsive-good luck charging your phone in your room; there’s only one room that has an outlet near your bed. All the outlets either don’t work or are so loose that your electronics fall out. -get a data plan because the wifi is TERRIBLE. -the shower doesn’t emit enough water. I’m not a big person and I was constantly struggling to wash soap off. The good things about this apartment was the couch and spacious bed. They also have some cookware and a new fridge (which didn’t work for the first few days of my stay).

Older apartment that has been tastefully updated and was well equipped. Great location close to Agana, Chamorro Village, etc. Short drive to Navy Mainside, Tumon, or the airport. Excellent communication with owner. Would stay again or recommend to friends.

The only things I didn’t like was the back side wasn’t cleaned, under the couch wasn’t cleaned, couldn’t connect to Wifi, no washer and dryer, limited parking, and so much neighbors with complaints. But overall the place was safe and comfy especially during the aftermath of Typhoon Mawar. It’s a good place for my small family. Shout out to Ms. Queen and Ms. Dina for being so helpful and accommodating.

Dina is a Great Host!

I want to compliment our host, Dina! From the planning stages of our trip, to booking, all the way through the process, Dina was fast to respond and extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. When returning to Guam, her propteries will be my 1st choice. Sadly, our trip, including the stay at this property, was canceled due to Typhoon Mawar, so I cannot review the property itself (the related rating foelds were required to review). But I wanted to give Dina a shout-out for being so great from start to finish! Thank you, Dina!!!

Excellent Affordable Stay

The location is very safe, and walkable to grocery stores. The beach is less than 5 minutes drive. The outside is slightly dated, but the inside is cozy, clean and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy Internet and movies. The owner and staff meet your needs immediately. My son, spouse and I slept very comfortably. We even extended our stay. The price is very good for staying in Guam. We appreciate being able to stay here. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
