Premium beach apart - Aquamarina Cap Cana

Spectacular and spacious 2 bedrooms apartment on the beach of Cap Cana. Direct access from the apartment to the beach and gardens.

Newly renovated and everything new.

The apartment is located on the garden floor with direct access to the beach and the condominium pool.

The master bedroom is very spacious and has two King beds, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Very elegant and modern decoration with high quality furniture.

Terraza muy agradable con gran jardín delante, desde donde se puede contemplar la playa y inmensidad del agua turquesa del Mar Caribe. A pocos metros se encuentra Api Beach con su beach club, restaurante, piscina y zona para niños.

La Marina de Cap Cana estĂĄ delante de la entrada al edificio.

Se pueden alquilar en la Marina barcos de pesca o excursiones marinas para explorar las bellas aguas caribeñas.

La famosa playa Juanillo se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche.

El apartamento estĂĄ situado en planta jardin con vistas espectaculares al mar, la playa y los jardines tropicales del condominio.

El condominio estå rodeado de espectacular vegetación tropical, grandes jardines, dos preciosas y enormes piscinas con vistas a la playa y al mar turquesa, zona para juego de niños y pista de padel gratuita. Las playas se limpian a diario y los residentes tienen derecho a sombrillas y cómodas tumbonas.

Al lado del lobby se encuentra una peluquería (salón) de mujeres y caballeros, donde también realizan manicura (a muy buen precio) y tratamientos corporales. El condominio cuenta también con gimnasio de pago.

Aquamarina se encuentra dentro de la Marina de Cap Cana, por lo que pasear por la misma entre barcos se convierte a diario en una delicia.

Short Golf Getaway

A beautiful quiet place perfect for small family and/or friends (with million dollar view of the beach and ocean). We (2 friends) came down to Punta Cana for a quick golf get away. This place was ideally located with multiple golf courses within 15-20 mins. The condo is updated, things worked and best part; every time I had a question about something I called Ingrid and she was there to help.

Perfect get away!

The condo was just as the pictures showed - perfect location with pools and beach right outside the back patio. Ingrid the host was always very responsive and helpful. We would 100% go back and stay here again.

Seaside paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful seaside condo. It was just as pictured and its location is superb , with a wonderful view and proximity to great restaurants and other amenities, including a terrific pool area with attentive pool staff. The unit was clean and comfortable and its manager, Ingrid, was communicative and helpful. We will likely return to this wonderful spot.

Beautiful condo

We loved the week we spent at this condo in Cap Cana. Just as pictured. Beautiful condo. Clean. Modern. 1st floor so easy to get to. Lived walking out on the patio and having the beach and pools so close. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Our only suggestion is to have a few more towels available.

Very good

We had a very comfortable stay. The second bedroom was small and didn't have a window, which actually worked perfectly for small kids so there is no light. The big bedroom is super big and comfortable. The water pressure wasn't very good and we barely had water in the master bathroom, but we had a great stay overall and this was minor. The location is perfect. Can not ask for a better location. Even though there are few things to improve, we still give 5 stars. We enjoyed it. The host was easily reachable and very nice.

Wonderful Condo, Rough Checkin

We had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and great location in Cap Cana. The owner did not give us the details of the check in process until after we were meant to check in- which led to a rough experience. Make sure to get the QR code and house code BEFORE you arrive in the DR. Otherwise, she was helpful and responsive for the rest of the stay. Great location and view

Our second year here. Love the location and view. Unit is nicely furnished and well decorated. Master bedroom is spacious and king bed comfy. Guest bedroom a little on small size with full bath across hall but adequate. Short walk off patio to amazing pools and nice beach. Pool boys set you up with loungers and umbrellas. Beach has cabanas and loungers. Short walk to Maralia restaurant which is excellent and on waterfront. Many more great restaurants across marina via cheap 2-4 cab ride or golf cart if you rent one. A rental car is needed for long stays to get to a major grocery store and explore area. Water is not drinkable so you will need to stock up on bottled. Ingrid’s husband came promptly to fix water pressure issue with kitchen faucet and changed out safe that we could not open. Overall a bargain for location.

Amazing Stay! 5 STARS *****

This apartment looks just like it is in the pictures! It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the living room & master bedroom are SPECTACULAR and its so convenient to access the beach from the patio. The only thing I wish it had more of was pillows (because I usually sleep on 2). The 2nd bedroom is a bit small and is more suited for a single person than a couple but my kids loved it! It was warmer than the rest of the rooms (maybe the A/C wasn't working) but it has an overhead fan so that helps to keep it cool. Ingrid was amazing. So quick & responsive & had great information & recommendations of the area. She was always available when I had a question & made the whole booking process very easy for us. The staff on property were also excellent & always offered great service (security staff, taxi drivers & groundskeepers) The restauraunt 'Maralia' was very close by & had some amazing food and breathtaking views of the ocean. The pricing is what I expected. No more than an average US restaurant. Overall, it was a picture perfect location & very comfortable apartment. I will definitely stay here again. *Tip: the beach & ocean has alot of coral so if you visit, its a good idea to get water shoes so you don't cut your foot when splashing around in the water.

Paradise

This condo is perfectly located with beautiful views of the beach AND within easy walking distance of both the beach and the pools (yes, pools!) There are two pools within 20 yards of the condo as well. The rooms all have individual thermostats for optimum temperature control. The beds are comfy and the master has night lights that are motion activated. The kitchen is well equipped for the average client and the patio has a nice ceiling fan and comfortable seating. A real plus is this condo’s proximity (mere yards) to one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Punta Cana, Maralia. The menu is unusually varied and yet EVERY dish is really tasty. The place is very clean, the service prompt, and the wait staff helpful, charming and nearly bilingual. There is also a beach club with wonderful padded loungers and food and bar service. However, if you go, note it is $US20 to sit there, and once you do, you can order drinks and food OR bring your own. Clean restrooms are available there and the restaurant (which also has its own pool.) This place is great (¡Este lugar es genial!) My only complaint is that there is no dishwasher and the kitchen faucet had little pressure and no hot water. The kitchen water temp hopefully will be addressed soon as it is the only shortcoming in this otherwise lovely, comfortable and well located condo.
