Bright charming Maushop Condo with waterviews from inside as well as from your patio. Kitchen and bathrooms updated,, main floor recently painted. Convenient location with easy access to beach. Perfect location close to the beach, Popponesset Inn, Popponesset Market Place and of course the great restaurants of Mashpee Commons await your arrival.

Please note, I have just purchased this property, so there are no reviews yet. I expect them to be awesome once they start coming for 2022.

Another great visit to Maushop! We love this place—beautiful 2 minute walk to a lovely private beach and fun nightly walk to Popponesset Marketplace for ice cream and live music. The house was perfect for our needs—we appreciated how clean it was with renovated bathrooms and kitchen and well stocked towels and sheets. It was easy in and easy out—great vacation all around! We will stay there again.

The beach access very nice nice for early morning or evening walks - quiet and private neighborhood. The 2 bedroom unit was comfortable and met our needs.

The unit was just as stated in the listing. It is well kept and owners son was very receptive when we had an issue with the upstairs toilet and it was fixed promptly. It would have been nice to have a screen in the upstairs window but overall a great stay!

Great stay at this cozy cabin in the village. The location was amazing as it was in walking distance of the beach as well as a small village with a cafe, restaurant, market, and miniature golf course.

Well-appointed cottage with ample room for family of 4 (or more), within a block or two of a private beach and centrally located in Cape Cod. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful area, quiet, not far from restaurants and places such as parks & wildlife refuge areas to drive to. Very short walk to the beach. Great place for 2 - 4 people.

The location was great.The condo is small.The master bedroom has ceiling window in bedroom and bathroom. No covers on these and therefore sun coming in first thing in morning and in afternoon.Also there was a mildew smell in master bathroom and under kitchen cabinet next to outside wall.

The condo was as advertised

It was a great location - easy access to the beach and the Marketplace. It was clean and included all beach, bath and kitchen amenities. It was very easy communicating with the owner.

Unit was found to be clean and updated. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The location to the beach was great and the community was found to be perfect for daily walks.

Lovely Area

Never been to this part of the Cape before. The community itself was delightful you might never leave the property,beach and amenities are terrific. We were so impressed that despite so many homes, it was peaceful and quiet!

Family cape time

Great property, very comfortable for a family of four (infant and 3 year old). Loved walking to beach, raw Bar, Poppy and the marketplace. Will look to return next season.

Quaint Community

The cottage is in a lovely community with an ocean view and close to shops and restaurants. The overall appearance of the cottage is good but could be stocked better, ie kitchen staples (or a keureg) and bath soap, etc. Mattresses and bed linens were average at best. Overall, its a cozy cottage in a great neighborhood.
