The space

Hello! We have a 3,000 sq ft2 bright, modern home in Beaverton. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. The space could accommodate 15 people, big garage, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit, propane bbq grill.

The total of 5 bedrooms will give each of your enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group.

-Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom with our canopy bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with private tube that is long enough to fit two adults easily. There is also a day bed (single) in the room with trundle. The trundle could pull out and sleep another person.
-Bedrooms#2 and #3 have double-sized beds, with closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#4 is located on the main (second) floor, with a full bunk bed, and kids play area.
-Bedroom#5 is located on the lower level (first floor), which has a queen size bed, closet, sliding door that opens to the porch and private backyard.

Other details to note

1. Parking can be limited. Two cars can be parked in the garage and another two on the driveway. Street parking can be found about 100-feet away from the house.

2. This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.


3. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.

4. For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most of internet carrier. 1.2TB data equals to:
-Send and receive 46,000 emails
-Stream 9,000 hours of music
-Surf the internet for 2,800 hours
-Game for 18,500 hours
-Stream high-def videos for 400 hours
-Post to social media for 6,200 hours
It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100.
