Beautiful condo, end unit with unobstructed beach and ocean views. We were facing west, which allowed us to enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Comfortable beds, spacious unit overall, fit three adults perfectly. Well stocked kitchen - we usually eat out, but the view from the balcony was so nice we made a few breakfasts and one dinner in so we could sit outside and enjoy the views, sound of the surf, and fresh air. It's a bit of a trek from the elevator, but so worth it for the end unit. Stairs are located closeby - we took those down each time which ended up being very convenient. Direct beach access, the dedicated beach area for this complex was not crowded at all. Check-in was a breeze, staff were always friendly and helpful. We've stayed in several other condos over the years, but this one is our new favorite. Excellent stay overall.

Beautiful View

I love Holiday Isle. It was the perfect place to bring my elderly mother who was wishing to see the ocean again. The unit is the very last unit on the east side with beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean facing west. Right outside the front door are beautiful views of the shoreline and ocean facing east. Everything nice and well appointed. We had a lovely stay. Only thing that we would have wished for is an elevator near the unit, but we used the stairs near us going down. A little trek from the beach to the elevator and then to the unit, but the view was worth it.

Very Nice. - Guest Bed mattress was very nice. -Kitchen Setup was Nice new appliances but the fridge didn’t get very cold. Cons- Bathrooms had mold on the tile - Big Bedroom Mattress not comfortable at all. Needs replaced. - Guest TV super small. - Couches in the living area needs replaced. Very uncomfortable - Location is Far from elevator and trash dumpster.

Unit524 where we stayed was one of the best. Well-equipped, new flooring and cabinets and appliances. Bed was comfortable. Sofa was not comfortable, cushions well-used. With all the upgrades, strange that bathrooms have old rusty TP holders. Overall a good place for snowbirds, the rates are good.

Would hv been easier to access the condo if elevators were accessible from outside! We basically walked up and down five flights of stairs every time we left, or came back to avoid that. Other than that we had a great time, and the condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The closet tracks in the master bedroom were rusty and coming loose. I was nervous the mirror door would come off the tracks but it didn’t! We will come back again but maybe closer to elevators next time!!

Great location but had some problems :(

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and nice decor. A few things need improvement .There was only one elevator area in lobby and we were at the very end of the property on top washer/dryer and although they provide a laundry room ,it’s expensive. Kitchen is very small and has limited cooking supplies .We like to cook our meals in when we vacation , so we were disappointed in the lack of supplies-pots pans, etc. The other kitchen problem was that our refrigerator had an overwhelming odor of raw fish. We tried cleaning it, but everything we put in it absorbed the odor. We couldn’t even use the ice- had to go buy ice because of the smell and it eventually took on the smell unfortunately.

The king bed in the master bedroom had a cheap, dirty, queen topper that made sleeping on the bed really hard! The sleeping sofa in the living room is very old and not comfortable at all! The kitchen is missing pots for cooking !The round table on the balcony is very rusty and flaky that makes it hazardous, with all that being said I would classify that unit below standard!

The staff was more than helpful offering some options for us to relocate - however due to availability we had to move to another beach rental. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was and we would definitely consider renting from them again.
