We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We also loved how convenient the location was restaurants, shopping, and everything else we needed were close by. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time there.

The condo was just as advertised. It sits right on the beach. It has a large pool. Everyone was extremely helpful. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. It is n a great location. There are some very good restaurants, places to shop and plenty of fun things to do. The most important thing to me was the cleanliness. It was very clean!! When we make plans to visit Destin we will defiantly stay at Sterling Sands!

Sterling Sands was great little getaway spot. Condo itself was clean and tidy with comfy beds etc. We had some rainy days, so maybe think about putting some board games or cards in the unit in case of bad weather. Other than that, it was great and a good value we felt.

Clean, close to the beach, great pool, amazing host! We could not have asked for a better condo and we had the best beach trip we have had in years. Destin is absolutely beautiful and our trip was relaxing! We will be staying here next year!

Jacuzzi tub was unusable because of how filthy it was. Furniture so stained up we was afraid to sit on it. Cleaners left filthy rags in the kitchen sink. Over all room was dirty. I stay in a lot of condos I rent through vrbo and this is the first time we had these issues. Legs are about to fall off coffee table and end tables. Pasties was left in end table drawer. Very disappointed pictures was not accurate.

Destiny Family Vacation

This was a great property and an awesome trip. I would highly recommend this spot to any couple or family. The only thing that could be better was the A/C never got below 75 in the condo.

The Condo was Great!! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, great kitchen, the beach service was great, spectacular view. Sterling Sands 707 was Outstanding! The hosts, RealJoy, they were the best! Great Location, family friendly

We really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony every morning as the sun rose and dolphins swam by. Note that beach chairs are not included with this unit and will be an extra expense at the beach.

Nice

Our stay was pretty relaxing. Even though we couldn’t go in the water on the beach we still found things to do around the condo and explored out. The condo was spotless, bed was comfortable, and we loved the view of the golf. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great for a quick beach trip

Nice condo complex, very well maintained, clean. Excellent beach. If you’re looking for a secluded private spot, this isn’t it. However, the sand and ocean is quite beautiful.
