Perfect convenient location

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. I had to contact the host a few times prior to check in and they were extremely quick and responsive to reply. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Family Friendly Stay

Perfect place for a family!! This condo is located in the perfect location. There is a great pool/hot tub with a children’s pool as well (1/2’) deep. Just past the pool is the pristine beach. The very family friendly beach, clean and well maintained. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities. The daily has carts to make unloading easy. There are plenty of shops and other restaurants near by. We will be coming back!

Mainsail is a great condo destination. Everything you need and want is within walking distance: groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and an outlet mall. The grounds are beautiful. The beach was great and the beach attendants were wonderful. Mainsail is very family friendly and quiet.

Great Rental for our family of 4

This condo was amazing! The remodel is beautiful, the condo was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We traveled with our two little kids, ages 1 and 3, and walking to and from the beach was very quick and easy. The ramp to the beach doesn’t have any stairs which was a plus for our beach wagon. We would definitely rent again!

Very clean and easy beach access

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the ease of access to the beach. Host communication was also excellent. The only things to note would be that all though it is technically first floor, you still have to take the elevator from the ground floor. Additionally, it wasn't quiet as much of a beach view as I was expecting. For those traveling with toddlers, this place was about as good as you can get for toddler friendly. There wasn't too much in my 1.5 year old's reach that was breakable. A huge plus for a worrying parent not looking for extra charges lol. The front door is a lever handle where the deadbolt automatically unlocks when you pull it, so that is something to keep an eye on. Overall, this was a great place, and we would definitely stay again!

Our yearly Trip

We absolutely love this property and have suggested it to many family and friends. Speaking with the owners was so easy! The room was gorgeous. Something to be said, many I know worry about a "sofa bed" do not worry with this property! It is one of the most comfortable beds in the condo! We loved how the guest room was set up with 2 twin beds also. This made it very nice for older teen kids. 10/10 totally recommend!

Clean, convenient, front beach, good facilities, close to everything.

The property is located in a condo front of beach, super convenient to be at 50 step to the sand. It was clean, I am very happy about it. The apartment has nice decor, counter top appliances, good internet, towels... etc. Well equipped. My only complaint is about the beds. They are deformed and need to be exchanged.
