Un endroit GRAND paradis, y compris des fournitures de plage gratuites, littéralement à quelques pas du sable blanc et des eaux vert émeraude de la magnifique plage de Miramar sur le golfe du Mexique.

Ce rez-de-chaussée 1 chambre, 2 lits superposés et un grand canapé-lit / canapé a 1 salle de bain complÚte avec un tout nouveau lit king-size haut de gamme et un nouveau canapé-lit (2017). Il est bien équipé avec 2 téléviseurs à écran plat haute définition, / lecteurs DVD, Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit et téléphone. Le condo est situé directement en face des eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique et du sable blanc comme neige de la plage de Miramar - un passage pour piétons est situé en face de l'immeuble. Téléphone, WiFi haut débit et lecteurs DVD.

La piscine chauffĂ©e en hiver et le spa sont proches de votre terrasse spacieuse. Parasol, chaises (2) et chariot de transport sont inclus dans le bac de rangement sur la terrasse arriĂšre. Deux barbecues au charbon, un parking et une laverie sur place sont sur place. Linge fourni. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Cette unitĂ© mise Ă  jour est situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas - juste en face de la rue (passage pour piĂ©tons FL) - loin des belles eaux de la cĂŽte d'Ă©meraude et du magnifique sable blanc de sucre! Vous pourriez jeter un rocher de la propriĂ©tĂ© et frapper la plage. Ce complexe est trĂšs populaire auprĂšs des petites familles et des couples. Il est situĂ© entre Destin et San Destin Ă  Miramar Beach. À portĂ©e de main se trouvent de nombreux excellents restaurants, le trĂšs populaire Silver Sands Outlet Mall, plusieurs centres commerciaux, le nouveau cinĂ©ma Rave, des terrains de golf, du tennis, des sports nautiques et des installations de divertissement. À quelques pas des eaux du golfe vert Ă©meraude. Croyez-moi, la plage et l'eau ici sont les meilleures que j'ai vues dans la rĂ©gion. Ça en dit long!

Summerspell est un petit complexe pittoresque de 30 unités qui offre des vacances familiales abordables. Ce complexe avec vue sur le golfe propose une piscine communautaire, un bain à remous, des barbecues, une buanderie sur place et un accÚs Internet sans fil GRATUIT - HAUTE VITESSE. Une courte promenade de 20 mÚtres et vous enfoncez vos orteils dans le sable le plus blanc que la cÎte d'émeraude a à offrir.

Le condo est décoré avec goût et offre 1 chambre / lits superposés et une couchette trÚs confortable. canapé et 1 salle de bain pour 6 personnes. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale, des lits superposés intégrés dans le hall et un canapé-lit queen. Vous apprécierez votre cuisine entiÚrement équipée juste pour manger, ainsi qu'un salon et salle à manger. Ce condo plaira à coup sûr. La marche et les pistes cyclables sont juste là avec un accÚs complet et nouveau à la plage L'accÚs à la plage est situé directement en face de ce complexe.

Miramar Beach condo

This condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do, but still peaceful. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the basics, and the building felt safe and well-kept.We also loved the extra amenities like the pool and hot tub. The host was friendly and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The place was lovely, comfortable and very convenient. I thought we would have a better view of the beach - it is just across the road but you can’t see it. Unit was comfy with a fully functional kitchen. Got loud when kids moved in upstairs . Nice patio where I spent lots of time.

We had a fantastic time at this property. I have a family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 young teenagers. We're on the small side so the condo was roomy enough for us. It's in great condition and great location. Nice furnishings, top brand appliances, patio with pool entry, good cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, and more included. The bike path is right next to the condo and the beach is a few feet away across the road. There's two restaurants overlooking the beach within a short walk from the condo. The laundry room is a few doors away. The supermarket and stores are nearby.

Wonderful!!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and very homey! I honestly don’t think it could’ve been any more perfect for my little family!!! We were able to go right out of our patio doors to the pool, which was really great, because there was scattered showers. The beach was literally steps from the front parking lot. The kitchen was stocked. I always cook when we’re on vacation, so that was a big plus!! My daughter wants to come back for our summer vacation, so I’ll definitely book again!

PERFECT LOCATION !

My family and I stayed here from 7/7/2016-7/11/2016. We arrived and the condo was very clean and set up great! The owners were very good with their communication throughout the whole process which made it easy to book and stay here. This condo is perfect for a small family or for two couples. We had 5 people stay here (3 of them being kids) and it was the perfect place to stay so that we could go and enjoy the beach during the day and then the pool at night. It is located in a perfect place - close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from too much tourism. You can literally walk across the street to go the beach and it was nice that Glenn and Peg have beach supplies that you can borrow. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Glenn and Peg - your place is beautiful and very well kept!

Kansas tornado watchers

We came down for my 40th birthday. We almost canceled due to hiricane Ian, but I said heck, we've seen tornadoes how about a hurricane.... I'm so glad we didn't cancel this trip. We were not able to parasail or snuba due to wind and water current but were were able to chase dolphins on a jet ski and see sharks, dolphins, jellyfish as well as a sea turtle that came up for a breath of air!! The best thing we did was rent a golf cart to tour around in so I didn't have to drive my big truck everywhere. The condo was exactly as it was described and will definitely be back in the future!! I loved being in a smaller condo area as opposed to the huge sky rise that you see there! It was quiet even with families with children! Thank you Glen for your great communication with me (as I did lose a key) but took full credit to replace it. Thank you again for my "midlife crisis " vacation -Ryan and Jessica

It rained off and on but we did have about a day and half on the beach. Loved that the pool was right out our back door. Just a short walk to the beach . Condo was perfect for us. We will definitely like to come and stay here again.

Short Stay

Got off to a bit of a rocky start (probably my own misinterpretation), we arrived earlier than check-in so I sent a message asking if we could access the rental early (some properties will allow this if the unit/property has been cleaned). I received a phone call asking me to “check the email for the check-in time” which was very off-putting, though the rest of the stay and my other communications with the property owners were overall great- so no complaints. The condo was clean and comfy with close access to the beach and pool. I believe my only negative feedback is that a few nights we wanted to dip in the pool before bed but there were folks in the pool that were not guests of the property and it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe all the unit owners could get together and request a lock or something be put on the outside access gate to the pool. Other than that, the stay was great. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wanted a nice, affordable, and comfortable vacation.

The condo unit itself was nice. Great pool. Beach so close! The exterior could have been cleaner. No service to the pool bathroom the whole week. Garbage full and out of TP. This should not reflect on individual condo rentals but the property management.

Love the location!

The location of this unit is all but 1 min walk to the beach and the neighborhood is very safe! Everything in the rental was exactly as shown and described on the listing. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! I would book this unit again in a heartbeat if I decided to head back to Destin!

My husband was soooooo skeptical by the pictures but said it dies it no justice. He was also apprehensive about being on the first floor but it was perfect and still private...walk to the ⛱ beach, drinks and scooters...I enjoyed Pedros cantina around the corner, Another Broken Egg and Grimaldi's pizza... room was comfy and they do prepare for everything within the home...thanks we will rent again
