Our spacious newly remodeled house with Large backyard big pool and a hot-tub located few minutes from Downtown and most attractions. . It has amazing views of San Jacinto mountain, very spacious sitting on a corner lot. Good neighborhood.
5 min drive to convention center, shopping and many great restaurants and few casinos. The Aerial Tramway to the top of the mountain with lots of hiking. Ideal for relaxing and entertaining weekend getaways. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Lovely property in convenient neighborhood

Nice house with large communal spaces. The kids wound up loving the game room. Communication with host was easy. Pool was great; note the heating fee (because you do need pool heat even though it’s the desert:)).

Lovely Stay

Inviting space w/ comfy furniture (including beds). Had pretty much everything we needed. The pool & spa were excellent. Communication w/ owner was very prompt, friendly, & efficient.

Wonderful spot for relaxing weekend

We had a great time relaxing at the property. Furniture is super comfy, spa is very appreciated. Kitchen was equipped with lost things we needed. All in all a pleasant stay.

Perfect Accommodations

Super easy entry. Salt water pool was perfect. Beds where very comfortable. Super clean. Suren was a great host. Great recommendations and response to any question was answered. Will definitely be coming back with the fam.

Overall a good experience

My husband & I stayed at the property with 2 college friends. We all LOVED the beds! They were very comfortable. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen (coffee, creamers, salt/pepper, many seasonings and lots of kitchen gadgets) which made the initial welcome to the house a plus so we didn’t have to spend a lot of on that sort of thing. The pool and hot tub were clean, nice sized and there was plenty of seating in the outdoor space, both covered and uncovered. The indoor furniture was fine. The bathrooms both could have used small shower seats or stools and some shelves for soaps/shampoos. The primary bedroom shower stall should provide a shower mat, as the tile floor was very slippery. The overall aesthetic of the property was a little run down, but we were overall satisfied with the accommodations for the week we stayed at the property.

Palm Springs Hidden Gem

LOVED this house. First of all we were allowed to check in a but early which was super convenient for us and allowed us to store luggage safely while we were out at an activity. Arrived to a very clean house, rooms were spacious and well furnished. Air con was brilliant, house remained cool throughout in every room. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The facilities in this house I actually think are undersold. We did not know it had a fully equipped games room which was a great surprise for my young teens. Master bedroom had the comfiest bed and bedding we had in our entire tour and kids said their beds were also super comfy. I usually miss my bed at home but was super comfy here. The living room TV was huge so we had a movie night one evening after the sun went down. The location was perfect for us, quick drive to downtown and surrounding attractions and the street was gorgeous and quintessential Palm Springs :). Best thing for me was the Hot Tub - I only like really warm water and this was PERFECT. I usually don't stay in long as I get cold and I could have stayed in for hours, SO relaxing after long days out. The garden had outdoor cooking facilities which we didn't use but perfect for BBQ's etc and loads of seating options in the garden so shade or sun you had room for everyone. We had a great time and would love to come back, thanks for our stay and would highly recommend this house for families and adults.

Salt-water pool and spa were major attraction but


The house was spacious, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils. Biggest problem was no instructions for anything. On our arrival, the house was hot, the thermostat was off and no instructions how to turn the system on. Worse, the jacuzzi was at 60 degrees and looking to turn on water circulation I discovered that the water was not properly salinated explaining the small amount of green stuff in the pool. Pool man came on our fourth day of stay and salinated the water but because it takes 24 to 48 hours for the water to be safe, we payed for a pool we could not access. If you want to spend hours of your vacation trying to figure out how the thermostat and the Asko dishwasher and the Pentair pool pump work, this is the house for you. We will not return.

Beautiful stay

Everything was exactly as shown. Home was beautiful and clean. Pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Neighborhood was random, but felt safe. Beds could have been more comfortable, but only complaint. Not walking distance to downtown but a short uber/lyft ride was easy. Overall great relaxing experience.
