I needed a place on fairly short notice for my college age kid and friend to stay while renovations running past schedule were finished on a condo. This place was perfect! Very clean, very well furnished and equipped. Great location close to UT campus with convenient bus access, and parking was never an issue. Landlord was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. A fantastic short term rental experience through and through! The surrounding area is safe and close to I-35. Highly recommend!

Perfect for long-term stays

I had an excellent stay. The apartment is perfect for long-term stays and has everything you could need. Pete was very communicative. Whenever there was an issue, he worked quickly to resolve.

Just Perfect

A clean, quiet appartment in an safe area, close to restaurants and public transportation. Everything was well thought and provided for: tablets for the dishwasher, shampoo, washing tablets, coffee filter, coffee, tea, .... The laundry in the appartment buiding has free washing and drying machines!

Nice stay

Pete's place was clean and stocked with everything you need for a long stay. The neighborhood is easy to navigate with lots of local options to visit. Pete was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing I would mention is that the air could not quite keep the place cool on the 100 degree Texas days.

Cute little apt close to Dell Children’s Hospital

Nice place just as described in great walkable neighborhood! Attentive and responsive property manager, would stay again if in the Austin area. Never had an issues with parking or laundry. Was a little nosey being a first floor unit but generally noise wasn’t an issue.

Good one month stay

The property worked well for me (staying a month) and my wife (who joined me for a week). We were about 6 blocks where my son's family lives. We could get to their house quickly and it was nice being so close to the park where our grandkids enjoyed playing. It was nice that there was a small grocery store within walking distance. The property was quieter than I expected being on 45th street. The unit is conveniently located near the shared laundry area.

Wonderful spot

This apartment is a great choice for many reasons. Perfect location only an hour walk to downtown or ten minute drive. The walk is a straight shot walking right past the stadium. Across the street juice land was perfect. Pete was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. The apartment surpassed my cleanliness expectations would definitely stay again. First floor right next to the pool and laundry room. Great choice for a long term stay.

All around good experience!

As I mentioned to Pete after I first moved into their place, it was perfect for my needs and so affordable. There were several other places I looked at that didn't look as nice as this or necessarily have as much space and yet they were charging more. It was very clean and had plenty of space for one person (and likely would be good for a couple as well). It was nicely decorated and had modern appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. I had almost no reason to communicate with Pete, but when I did he was incredibly prompt and solicitous and resolved any issues quickly. The pool is right next to the condo and the washer/dryer are located in a small building right next to it as well. I will definitely stay here again if I have need to do so. It was an all around good experience and very easy.

Hyde park stay

My son and I stayed here for 42 days. It was a great experience, the place was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hosts responded right away if I had any concerns or questions. I will definitely stay here again when I’m town. Thank you Pete !
