Great location for downtown cape! Sister weekend for us went well. Only issues: roaches in kitchen and front door was difficult to close/secure.

We were in town for the Crowder, Zac Williams, and Matt Maher concert on Sunday Nov 16, 2025. Our group loved the accommodations and location. The weather was gorgeous enough that we walked to Broussard's Cajun Cuisine where we had a fabulous dinner (loved the gator). The home is decorated nicely and we didn't hear any noises from the neighborhood. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Abi was a wonderful host and contact liaison.

Perfect for us!

This property is easy to find, the location is so close to downtown. We both found the bed very comfy, the amenities were great. My husband met the downstairs neighbor and he was very nice. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was 100%!

This was a sweet little apartment that had all we needed for a comfortable 6 days I’m Cape. We loved the eclectic decor and the history of the schoolhouse! We would stay there again!

Perfect location

The house was very clean and just as advertised. The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the SEMO homecoming parade. We would definitely stay there again! And we all loved the swing in the living room!!

Retreat for a Week

This was a virtual retreat for me. I stayed 4 nights very comfortably in a location that worked well for getting around Cape Girardeau. The neighbors were very considerate of my quiet time! The bed was very comfortable, and the space was inviting.

We loved this building. It was Cape's first Montessori School. We wanted to take the property's history and make it something unique for all to enjoy!

We love that we are so close to Downtown and to SEMO. We get a lot of SEMO parents from out of town who can also easily walk downtown and enjoy what Cape has to offer!
