    Nice little place to stay

    I was in town for a couple nights for conference at SEMO. I arrived later than expected and realized that I hadn't received instructions on how to get in. I messaged asking how to get in and the listing agent's husband pulled up. He was able to show me how to get in. She did very quickly message me back that she had sent the direction to my phone, but I didn't have anything. The accommodation is a basement room in their house. The picture in the listing is their front door, not the room's. They were a very kind elderly couple. The room had everything I required. Plus it had some mini loafs of banana bread that was quite good. I felt like the space was clean and well put together.

    The roomy space has its own entrance. Owners were very friendly & down to earth, but kept their distance. Area was in residential neighborhood. We felt very safe & comfortable. Close to restaurants/fast food. We enjoyed our stay.

    All we needed

    We were in town for a wedding. All we needed was a clean place with a comfortable bed and a hot shower and this place was perfect. We chose it because they allowed us to take our dog Duke. Duke liked it too.

    Great Rental

    My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a tournament. We found the location to be great, the amenities included were above and beyond, and the owners had great communication!

    Very Friendly & Safe

    We are from out of town & my husband was having surgery so it was just me. It is a nice safe neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly, they even sent me a text to see how my husband was doing. She had a little breakfast waiting in the fridge for me & it was delicious. She was very careful about my food allergy when she made it as well. I would definitely recommend staying here & if we have to stay in Cape again it will be here.

    Hardens vacation home

    I always enjoy my stay here and so does my husband and our son. We’ve stayed here often, like seven or eight times. The property manager Joyce and Jerry are the greatest. They are so kind and they are always available for any questions you may have or any needs you may have. If you like a cozy, comfy stay this is it.

    Mr. and Ms. Cooley are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met . They have a beautiful and clean rental that was more than accommodating. If your thinking about booking don’t wait , you’ll thank yourself once your there .

    Quick, central location, friendly touches

    We needed something in a fun location while visiting family nearby- this was central to many parks, nature center, trampoline park, lots of good restaurants and slept us all comfortably. Full kitchen was handy. Nice touches (bathroom necessities, reading glasses, customized place settings to the age of my kids, and home made banana bread and treats- and plenty of coffee ! We enjoyed the designated parking spot to help us find our way on arrival and the backyard was nice for the kids to explore. The pull down bed was a big hit with my 10 year old.
