Please note: this is a 3rd-floor walk-up, two flights of stairs and no elevator. If stairs are no problem, you'll be rewarded with a quiet, fully stocked condo where you can walk to dinner, groceries, pools and the Lewes–Georgetown Trail.

There is a bus stop nearby to take you to so many areas if you don't want to drive.

BUT you are in WALKING distance to so many amenities including 6 restaurants, one grocery store, 2 Spas, 2 Pharmacies, multiple community pools, a playground next door, a park, tennis / pickleball courts, walking/biking paths and a few bars! Yes we really mean WALKING Distance to all of these!!!
When you get home from the beach, shower and head out for the evening and walk home.

If you plan to travel with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog’s size and breed.
(Sorry — no cats due to allergies.)
We have a dog bed and bowls you can use, and we a few treats to welcome your pup!
Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds — use the provided dog bed or bring their favorite one.
While we love to accommodate dogs, the $65 additional per pet fee allows our professional cleaning crew ensure the place is 5 Star ready for the next renter.
