Enjoy from Añasco Bay, from one of the most closest locations to the most beautiful sea! It’s located at the borderline between Añasco and Rincón!

The Space

Beautiful apartment space for five, with one of the most spectacular view to the bay and sunsets! And great restaurants walking distance!

Guest Access

The access of the space includes a parking, and the space of the apartment! You will also have access to the beach!
Getting Around

It’s walking distance to great restaurants like Pal’ 22, Kaplash, La Fiebre and Pal’ 24! Driving distance to Rincón less than 2 minutes, and 13 minutes to supermarkets! It’s best if you have a means of transportation, even though there are restaurants at walking distance, you should be able to enjoy the rest of the town!

If you are looking for a spacious place to find some peace and enjoy nature, you are in the correct place!

Things to note, this is not a hotel, it’s a house which my family have lived for almost 20 years. Don’t expect central a/c or hot water in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink (only hot water is the bathroom shower). Insects and bugs are part of the island ecosystem, and more when it’s beachfront. Also because the infrastructure of the island is not great, electricity and water may be gone during bad weather or other circumstances. No refund will be given.

The property was in excellent conditions, clean & the view is amazing. The owner is friendly, reachable, always ready to help & suggested places to visit. Only thing that needs attention is the size of the bathroom, is too small.

The area is good, parking is not to good, the apartment the kitchen and bathroom need upgrades but other like bedroom and living area and outside is good. The location is good.

Perfect minimalist hideaway

The property had stunning views with a great deck. We could see a huge portion of Puerto Rico's coastline from the tile porch with ample lounge room. We also enjoyed walking down some stairs and floating in the ocean right in front of the property. Icy A.C. in the bedrooms made sleeping a nice retreat from the elements. The location was ideal: it was safe, it was a quick drive to Rincon for surfing and snorkeling, and it was close to bars. I highly recommend this stay.

Fantastic place to stay

There were two of us using the two bedrooms. The place was just right for us with everything we needed. The best part of all was the deck overlooking the water. Listening to the rolling waves day and night was the best. Andres was totally responsive with every question and need. We could not have gotten better service. We highly recommend staying at Casa Vista. You will love it!

Host was excellent with fast responses. The wonderful experience is all in the property name. Stunning views and constant sound of water lapping below the deck made up for the few manageable short comings. Was surprised there was no kitchen sink hot water. Property location is between Rincon and Anasco. Minor comment: Freezer ice- cube trays would have been nice. :) Local PR style restaurants up the hill very convenient.

Great little property with amazing view

The property is beautiful. The patio and the view is amazing. Andres is a great host who responds immediately if you have questions and concerns.
