Our family stayed here while my son shot at the national archery tournament close by and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! Quiet location but still close to town! House was well stocked and had plenty of sleeping room!!

Perfect Golf/Fishing Trip

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised and more. If you're looking for a nice place with plenty of room and privacy this is it. The modern appliances were a big plus including the washer and dryer. We do this once a year and hope to rent the same property next year.

Quiet and relaxing

This is a great place to go for quiet relaxation. Short walk to the lake and on a private road. The fire pit is a great outdoor space, too! Renee is an excellent communicator. We had everything we needed!

Quiet little Happy Place

Our family of 3 journeyed from Georgia to spend Thanksgiving in a place we could unplug and refresh. Hunt & Gather Lodge was everything we were looking for, and more! The house was clean, cozy and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with the equipment/utensils we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We loved exploring the property as well, such a cool place! We will definitely be back! Thanks Renee!

Quiet peaceful with nice outside area, just what we like. We contacted the host to ask about early check in. Had to leave a message, they never returned our call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt considering everything that can go wrong with electronic devices.

Country Lake

Needed to get away for a mental health break. This is a lovely property near Rend Lake. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a nice, peaceful and relaxed time. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for some time to visit the lake. My only suggestions, would be to add a digital antenna to get the local channels, we wanted to see local news to follow the weather and see some morning shows that we keep up with.

Waverunner

Family of 4 with 2 waverunners & 1 spoiled dog. We love this location on lake with boat ramp 5 minutes from house. 2 teen boys had so much fun outside & they loved the old Monopoly board game in cabinet! The dog loved to big back yard & we could walk dog along gravel road to lake easily. My husband & I found kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook including knifes that actually cut (this never happens in rentals) & house & bedding were very clean. We will definitely be back!!
