Le River Mountain Lodge offre le confort et les commoditĂ©s d'un condominium (avec services hĂŽteliers) au cƓur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situĂ© en face de la fin de l'4:00 Run au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et Ă  seulement un jet de pierre du centre Riverwalk et le nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Juste dĂ©valer, traverser la rue et vous ĂȘtes Ă  la maison! SituĂ© Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et Ă  quelques minutes en navette de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine ou de la base Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge allie Ă  merveille sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et confort Ă  la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W315 est un confortable, joliment nommé, à deux niveaux condo avec vue imprenable sur les pentes de la salle à manger, terrasse et la chambre principale. Tous les conforts de la maison sont ici, y compris une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, deux salles de bain complÚtes, une grande télévision à écran LCD et d'un foyer au gaz au salon par l'aprÚs-ski. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre, et il ya place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner ou aprÚs-ski collation rapide. Vous profiterez également de la machine à laver / sÚche-linge, du Wi-Fi gratuit, du parking souterrain (une voiture) avec ascenseur, du centre de remise en forme, de la piscine extérieure chauffée et des bains à remous.

Beautiful views, convenient to town and well-appointed condo. Had everything I needed! Unit was not super clean though with dusty furnishings and dark hairs on some of the towels and bedding.

The space was clean and neat when we got there and the Summit staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a bit more silverware and plates and a real chef style knife. A bit better mattress on the hide-a-bed. A small vacume would be really helpful. Otherwise it was comfertable and clean.

Not maintained properly. Cabinets full of stuff. No place to hang your cloths. Bathroom shower curtains were dirty needs to be replaced. Provided airbed wasn't working. Need some more bedsheets.

Ski Visit

Overall, it was good. The location is PERFECT. Ski to the front door at the end of your day. A 10 minute walk to the gondola to start your day. The ski dropoff at the front desk is helpful, the little tiki restaurant in the basement is nice to have. It is a 1 minute walk to main street, which is awesome. It is a compact apartment and pictures don't depict that fully. Upstairs lighting was a hassle, had to plug in a lamp and unplug it for the sole light in upstairs bedroom. If couch is pulled out for kids to sleep on, the big heavy coffee table doesn't have anywhere to go and space is very limited to move about. If location is the number one desire, this is a great building to be in though.

Great Location

Great location, close to Main Street shopping and restaurants. We wanted to keep windows open during our summer stay but road noise made that uncomfortable at times. Again, great location!

The ski run back home (4 o'clock) stops right across the street. Easy ~ 2 block walk to Main Street. I would try to avoid this particular unit again as it was on a semi busy corner, so there was traffic noise. we appreciated the 2 fans, humidifier & hangers (more hangers would be great though). View of the mountain was great. Outdoor hot tub was nice. the ppl at the front desk were very helpful. we took advantage of the ski/snowboard overnight storage there. free coffee & tea available. snacks for purchase. the property was pretty clean just a few spots on the carpet. we did not use the downstairs shower as the shower liner had pink & black mold. we enjoyed the Main st area. I recommend Highside brewery, Ski Town Chicken Joint, Radicato, Limber Grove, Moms Baking co, La Francaise Bakery

Overall, the location is perfect! The view from the condo is beautiful and the size of the space fit our needs well. The condo seems a bit worn. It needs updating and attention to detail making sure basics are there and items aren’t broken and all space is usable like the coat closet. All bedding needs to be replaced.

Breckenridge Ski Vacation

The property met our needs well. There were three of us, and this property allowed privacy with the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, with second bathroom on the lower level with the sofa sleeper. The location is excellent, with a short walk to main street's shops and restaurants, bus stops for the free local transit buses directly in front of the property, and the end of the Four O-clock run directly across the street, for true ski-in convenience. We were comfortable and enjoyed the trip.
