CozyCentral is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home away from home. The home is equipped with Alexa for your entertainment and safety. She’ll let you know when there is motion at the door and What the weather is like outside .
All CozyCentral TVs come equipped with premium entertainment such as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (with Starz & Showtime).
CozyCentral is located mins from Little Five Points, Grant Park This home is in the center of Atlanta which gives you easy access to all the excitement, tourism, restaurants, and clubs of Atlanta.
Whether you are in town for business, to shop or a relaxing getaway, our CozyCentral will make you want pack up and move to Atlanta. (Not CozyCentral, your own little piece of Atlanta 😂)

IMPORTANT:
CozyCentral has no affiliation with building staff. Guest of CozyCentral are not permitted to communicate with staff in any regards. Please direct all inquiries or concerns to host via email, text or phone call. Failure to comply will result in a fee of $150 and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

PARKING:
Parking is located directly across from CozyCentral. Guest are not allowed to park in the gated parking .

SMOKING:
CozyCentral is a smoke free zone. You are welcome to smoke in the balcony area but not inside the home. Guest who violate this rule will be immediately escorted off the property, subjected to a smoking fine and have reservation immediately cancelled .

PARTY:
CozyCentral does not allow parties of any sort. Guest who violate this rule will be immediately escorted off the property, subjected to a party fine and have reservation immediately cancelled.

No loud music between 10pm-8am

EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE CHECKOUTS:
Early arrivals and late departure can be arranged for a fee:
$25 per hour (Mar- Aug)
$15 per hour (Sep- Feb)

CozyCentral does require guest to be 25 years or older with proper identification from all guest and a credit/debit card matching the name on the reservation.

COVID-19 SAFTEY CONCERNS:
CozyCentral goes above and beyond to protect you, your family, the people you come in contact with during your trip and ourselves. Before and after each stay the home is throughly clean, sanitized, and refreshed. We also provide hand sanitizer for our guest who have guest.
