Roaches, dirtiness, and an overall bad experience. While I believe these things are not entirely in the control of the host, I think there is a lot of room for improvement. The host was very helpful in resolving the situation and speeding up the refund process, and that's why I give this place three stars. This place needs a deep deep deep clean.

There is no iron- no iron board either and no hair dryer. These are all listed in the amenities of the building. Owner responded to my msg few days later and stated that I can use dryer! I called several times with no response. My call was routing to a wrong number

Skunk weed and very awkward check in

Location was nice, walking distance to aquarium and local food hot spots. The bedmattress is very old, loud and very uncomfortable. My biggest issue was the placed heavily smelled of Marijuana. I k ow its atlanta

I recently stayed at this rental and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience. The key retrieval process was also unnecessarily difficult—accessing it involved climbing through a thorny bush, which felt really unprofessional and unsafe.The host was out of the country and their staff was unavailable due to traveling, which became a major issue when I was locked out of the unit for over 8 hours with no local support to help resolve the situation.I’ve seen other reviews advising the unit has everything you need but when I arrived, all it had was “clean” towels. No soap, no cleaning supplies, no laundry supplies. So just be prepared to expense that yourself. That said, the location was convenient during the day, with lots of things to do within walking distance. However, at night the area felt a bit sketchy, especially with a large unhoused population nearby & frequent crime within a 5 mile radius. I’d recommend this place ONLY if the host improves their customer support, offered “amenities”, & key access set up.

We enjoyed our stay but there are two things that I do want to point out that were areas of concern. The outside door to let us into the complex was broken. Going through the bushes to get to the lock box was also somewhat inconvenient as well. Very clean and provided everything that we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Fine for what we needed

The stay was fine. Only things not great--1) getting to the lockbox was not easy. You have to climg over a prickly bush to get to it. And the gated entrance door did not work at all. And with only a simple lock on the door, it didnt feel that safe.

Stay was plesent

Overall was good. Check in process was okay. Accessibility to key difficult to access had to hop over a sticker bush but being from the country I managed fine. Rental was clean and as described. The only negative was there was a heavy smoke smell upon arrival. I would recommend staying at this rental. We loved the 10 min walk to the Georgia aquarium. Felt safe at the location.

Comfortable apartment a few blocks from the Aquarium

Apartment was clean, cute, and quiet. I really appreciated the little details of the decor and the overall layout. Definitely would return for another stay.

Clean and functional

The space is clean and does everything in needs to, but isn’t anything special. The locked gated is broken. The location of the lock box is not easy to access. The sheets could benefit from an upgrade and the inclusion of blankets would be nice. The space is clean, modern, and safe. Perfectly functional stay with good communication from the host.

Great Downtown Flat

Located downtown and around the corner from Georgia Tech’s campus. Easy access to I75/85 corridor. If you are looking for a quiet spot to chill or just need an economical stay that won’t break the bank
