The unit looks as posted and is clean. The location is very good. You get easily get to any part of the island. A few things to be aware of is that the water at the kitchen sink never gets hot. I did inform them but received to reply to get it fixed. The roof top is nice but it is very windy so there is always a constant layer of thick dust on all the lounges, chairs, & tables. The "pool" is more like a large hot tub with no jets. It is nice but you can do no more than just sit in it. The overall was okay.

The property itself was as advertised and what we were looking for. It is not in the party zone, so it is generally quiet there and parking is a breeze.Minor nit-pics: The pool was smaller than expected, but the rooftop patio is great. The perfect spot

Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. For us a 25 minute walk to the bus terminal and cruise ports. The kitchen has almost everything you need, including a blender! We will be staying here again on our next trip back.

The building was newly updated and conveniently located to the beaches with a car. All of the kitchen amenities were new and included everything we needed. The pool was much smaller than the pictures showed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the beach chairs were extremely uncomfortable and small.

Great little gem!

We have stayed multiple times at the Solomon building. It’s usually been to extend our stay in Aruba when our property is not available. This place is always cleaning and well kept. They are very responsive to any needs and inquiries and are always pleasant to deal with.

Property was just what we required for our stay. We are on the go when we are in Aruba, and this apartment was perfect for us. The unit was very clean, the property management company was great and very responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay. For the price on the rental, it was well worth it. We even had a slight issue on our last day, and Nicole from the property management team was very responsive and helpful.

I thought the property was beautiful. Everything on the grounds was well kept, the pool was fantastic, the roof top desk was inviting and the room was spot on. We stayed 4 days, and had a rental car. The location was perfect, everything was roughly within 10 to 15 minute away. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and its small pool. there is also a self-service laundry room. We highly recommend this to friends! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, and our stay was super comfortable.
