Lake Breeze Getaway Townhome #27

Looking for a luxury townhome rental at a luxury resort? The Lake Breeze Getaway at Legacy Beach Resort is exactly what you need. Enjoy a view of the lake from your second level balcony which is located just a short walk from the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, year-round hot tub, and a 24 hr gym.

Featuring 3 bedrooms on 2 levels of living this townhome is perfect for small groups to large groups of 12. It's a townhome but has access to the amenities at Legacy which includes pool, hot tub, and private beach.

Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You're a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish.

During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Great Location & Amenities

Great for a family. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pack your own pool toys, beach towels and pickle ball set. You will have plenty to do on property.

Fantastic stay!

The home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with games, filly stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. The pool across the street was great and we could walk to Garden City for yummy blackberry shakes! Check-in was easy and the host has been fantastic about helping me retrieve an item my daughter left behind.

Good time

Over all a great stay! We were short on toilet paper, there were no dish towels or clothes, but plenty odd garbage bags, space and the air conditioning was a welcome treat!

Communication before & during was exceptional. The house was good for our needs. But man, those stairs are brutal! haha! The kitchen was fine. I would have loved some things like plastic wrap or bags. The fan in the living space was covered in dust upon arrival, so we had to clean it, as we didn't want dust flinging around where we fix food. We could have used more pillows (with cases). The loft is surprising; the ceiling is rather low. It's toasty up there as well, so the people who slept there were grateful they'd brought fans. Things like a pen or pencil would have been nice as well. The primary bed is pretty firm. The view is fantastic. The grill was very nice to have (and included utensils!).The pool is convenient and wasn't crowded.Plenty of parking. Easy access to garbage dumpsters. Super convenient to activities, without being in the busyness.

Good except for cleanliness.

Everything was as expected except whoever is in charge of the cleaning needs to do a much better job. The carpeted stairs were in need of a good vacuuming. We noticed trash under the sofa in the living area and when we moved the sofa there was a lot of dirt, food and trash under there that I had to sweep up. It was clear that no one had cleaned under there for quite a while. We tried to bake something and the smoke that poured out of the oven set off the smoke alarm. It was bad! We had to open up the doors and windows to get the smoke cleared out. The living room area is fairly small for a place that is supposed to accommodate 10.

Not a great space for family

There were ear wigs throughout the property. The kitchen/living space is tiny and not great for families. Minimal things for making a meal if you are not looking to eat out all meals.

Great get-away

The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. There were more stairs than I expected.. The extra bathroom was very helpful. The pool, beach, and hot tub met our expectations. I would recommend it,

Property was excellent

The townhome was very clean and a great place to stay with our family of 4. The only downside was the hot tub is listed as year around, but was covered up and appeared closed. All in all, great!

Great getaway!

We had a great time at this property with our extended family. It's in a central, easy to find location and has all of the amenities you need! The check condo is new and beautiful. The Legacy Beach pool and beach were great -- the kids loved it. Jon was very helpful and accomodating. We would highly recommend for your next vacation!
