We are Matt and Val, and we purchased this home with a vision to create a warm, inviting space for individuals, couples and families to escape to and enjoy the Sarasota area, one of our favorite places in the world to vacation. Come see why we love it and stay in our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a heated, private swimming pool in a quiet Sarasota neighborhood. Backyard has a large private pool as well as grass to play or enjoy the Florida weather.

Enjoy walking to nearby local restaurants, or hop in the car for a short drive to world famous Siesta Key beach. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment within a 15-minute drive. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and the living space has a pull-out bed, to sleep a total of 6. High-speed WIFI internet plus a desk in the living room area makes working remotely a breeze. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.

This home is our family vacation home, so we stock and care for it with extra care. We know you will find everything you need to enjoy this home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Cottage in Sarasota! The home was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. A very nice surprise was that the pool was heated — such a treat and definitely a highlight of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it even more relaxing.The host was excellent — always quick to respond and very polite with all communication, which we really appreciated.The only minor issue we experienced was that the refrigerator water filter needed to be changed, so we ended up drinking bottled water during our stay. Also, we were required to launder all towels (bath, beach, and kitchen) before departure. Since we wanted to shower right before leaving, this was a bit inconvenient and added about an extra hour to our checkout process.Overall, we truly loved our trip to Sarasota and enjoyed our time at Coral Cottage. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location spot for us! Heated Pool and Grill extra bonuses!!

Loved the heated pool. We had biked delivered and were able to use the Legacy Trail quite a bit since in was so close by!Very nice washer and dryer. Loved the security on the doors and didn't have to keep track of keys!

Just like Paradise!

This property had everything you could ask for! My family spent lots of time in the heated pool! The property was beautiful inside and had plenty of towels and beach/pool towels. There was also a shed with lots of pool/beach toys and 2 beach chairs. Very close to Siesta Key beach which I would highly recommend visiting. Lots of good restaurants near by. Jane the property manager was very nice and helpful! The neighborhood was also very quiet. Can’t say enough nice things. Will definitely be coming back!
