Thank you for your review. Thank you for letting us know about the shower head that was broken during your stay. The shower head has been replaced and the carpet has been deep cleaned twice since your stay. We have to inform you that the house does not have termite. Please Let’s not make false accusations, the house is inspected and treated every month for termites or any other insects by TruNorth Pest Control. We apologize that things weren’t updated enough for you. We took this into consideration and we have started to update a few things in the house.

The property is now under new management, a full top-to-bottom professional cleaning has been completed, and the kitchen sink has been replaced. Thank you for your review Ceaser. We have to stop making false accusations. You wasn’t suppose to use the grill, but when you asked we agreed to let you use the grill as long as you cleaned it after using it. You were informed that the grill was low on propane because we don’t allow guest to use it unless they request it because previous guests have stolen a few propane tanks. We have messages and pictures of the house before you rented and after. Please stop making false accusations the house is always cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest. Vrbo needs to let managers and owners post pictures and videos so we can prove that guests make false accusations because the managers or owners doesn’t give them what they want. Thank you for your review, but your family caused a lot of damages to the property , and things we’re took from the house that wasn’t suppose to be token. There are pictures before you stayed and after you stayed. We will be sharing all photos with the owner and Vrbo. You all broke the toilet seat and the garage disposal and the owner sent someone out to fix it immediately then you all broke it again after it was fixed. You and your family broke the light switch, the tile in the shower bathroom, the shelve in the closet in the upstairs bedroom, a chair, blinds, the microwave plate and etc…. The max amount of people that can stay in the house is 6 and there was 10. Your family broke many of rules and caused many damages to the property we have evidence and we will be showing the owner and Vrbo. Thank you again for your review.
