Everything was ok except the master TV stopped working 3 days before we left and nothing was done to fix it. Temperature was a little cold at night.

Absolutely beautiful place!

The house was immaculate, well stocked for cooking, had comfortable beds, nice linens, and was in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-minute Uber ride from downtown Orlando and the parks. We didn't get to use the pool, but we were impressed by the space itself and our communication with the owners.

we love this home, our pets are so comfortable and safe. The best part it is a pet home yet it does not smell like a pet home. the landlords could always be reached we are looking forward to staying here many more times

Very Nice Stay

We originally reserved an eight day stay and then added another three days to the original reservation. It is a very nice home with above average accommodations. Very nice furniture and appliances, and a nice yard for our dog. the place and property are well kept, and really, it was simply a very pleasant stay. We will definitely try to reserve this property for future trips.

Clean, cozy and nice home

We (family of 4) stayed in the home for 7 nights. We had everything we needed or wanted. Nice comfortable beds were really appreciated after long park days. It was close to all the Disney Parks and even had a walmart and places to eat very close. Great place to stay. Thank you.

Absolutely Perfect!

Just got home from our second stay in this home, and we will definitely be booking again. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and is exactly as pictured. The furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the hosts providing everything you need to cook a meal. The location is so convenient - very close to grocery stores and shopping areas, plus is a very manageable drive to the parks. Communication from/with the hosts is excellent.

Absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful home in a great location! So many extra touches throughout the house made it the perfect home away from home. The holiday decor was completely unexpected and made our experience so special. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, furniture and beds were very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent. As a point of reference, we only stay in vacation homes when we travel, and this was absolutely top-notch in every way. We definitely will be booking this home again, we can’t thank the hosts enough for a wonderful experience start to finish.

Favorite Rental House

I have nothing but great things to say about this house. Our group was 3 friends and our dog and we were very comfortable here. The yard was completely fenced in which was great. If we could have stayed longer we would have. The house was extremely clean and decorated so nicely. They had extra toilet paper and paper towels if you needed which was a nice surprise. They didn’t charge extra to lower the heat which a lot of rental homes do and we truly appreciated that. The host was very friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again. It was about 8 minutes from Disney properties which was a huge plus!

Nice cleanly decorated home cozy and well equipped.

Good communication with hosts. Nice clean home,had everything we needed,we dont eat out much as long stay clients,enjoy cooking at home,the kitchen was well equipped and all appliances were new. It is close to everything, but we are relax and golf people,just here for the weather! It was great to be able to bring our dogs ,the fenced yard was great and the area is lovely for walking, the pool is a short walk, very well kept and really quiet ,which surprised me! . The beds are comfy which was nice , having 2 baths is handy for privacy between friends, I was there with my girlfriend and her husband for a month. We will be back again, as retirees we would like much longer stays 2-3 months,our first visit was great ,so I hope to plan this event with host in the future.The Canadian retirees.

Disappointed

I’ve stayed at several properties without issue, so this experience was especially disappointing. My group and I booked a 13-day stay at this property, but upon arrival, the owner unexpectedly demanded additional payment that was not part of the booking agreement. This is a clear violation of VRBO’s policies, as extra charges after booking are prohibited. The fee he requested was a pet fee, despite the listing being labeled as "pet friendly" with no option to add a pet to the booking. I made sure to follow all the guidelines set out in the listing, as I am always careful to respect the rules. When I contacted VRBO, they confirmed that the issue stemmed from the owner incorrectly setting up the listing.Additionally, the owner never met us in person, instead only sending a text after watching us on security cameras, which felt invasive and unprofessional.After refusing to pay the unjustified fees, we decided to leave the property. Since then, the owner has refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that we never stayed at the property. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the owner, but they have been uncooperative and dismissive.Another issue we encountered was one of the check-in instructions, which stated that we could not leave any lights or TVs on when not at the property. As frequent VRBO guests, we typically leave both lights and the TV on for added security when we leave, and this felt overly restrictive and unnecessary.This experience has

Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos a lo que se ofreciera, la casa definitivo esta muy bien por dentro, cumple todo lo ofrecido, solo por fuera las fotos ya no le hacen justicia, esta poquito mas deteriorada pero todo muy bien en la estancia, la cocina practicamente nueva!, los baños impecables y la ropa de cama tambien.
