Summary:
Centrally located condo in the heart of West Yellowstone! Your adventure starts here!

The Space:
The Trailhead is where your adventure begins!  This condo comfortably sleeps 8, has a newly updated kitchen, and full sized washer and dryer.  It is conveniently located just 6 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone and there are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.  There is room to park your car as well as snowmobiles or boats, so bring your toys!  The snowmobile trails leaving town to the north are just 1 block from the condo.

Guest Access:
You have the entire condo to yourself. There is a BBQ on the back patio, and a shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great location to base your Montana vacation! Yellowstone National Park is just 6 blocks away and there are ample outdoor activities all around.

Getting Around:
There is on and off street parking available for the condo. To get around, you will probably want to rent a car. In summer, you can fly right into West Yellowstone (WYS). The airport is only open from mid-May to mid-October. Outside of that time, you can fly into Bozeman, Montana (BZN) or Idaho Falls, Idaho (IDA).

Interaction with Guests:
I do not live at the property, but I live just 4 blocks away and can be reached easily!

Very convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance!

My family and I had a great stay! The house matches the online description. Parking was easy as was getting into Yellowstone. There are many walkable restaurants nearby. This is a great place to stay when visiting the national park!

Was a clean townhome that had firm beds. Host was super responsive when we had trouble with the code on the lock, was user error not the hosts fault. Temperature control a little different in each section of the house, but that is to be expected in 3 level homes.

Great stay

The condo unit is spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you might need. Location is convenient to town and so close to the park. We would happily stay here again.

If you’re going to stay outside of Yellowstone, this is the spot.

Close to Yellowstone. Close to downtown West and yet, just far enough away. Stocked well so that you don’t have to buy those one time items that you’re going to have to leave behind anyway. Perfect place for our Yellowstone adventure.

We did three full days in Yellowstone two with Guide. He hopped on and drove our car. Seven of us and unit was perfect for our group.

Lovely, comfortable and nicely appointed townhouse!

This is a very comfortable townhouse and the owners must have recently completed a very upscale renovation. Everything seemed brand new! We loved the location... on a quiet street but within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. So glad we chose this place in West Yellowstone!

Great Condo

Awesome accommodations for traveling with family or friends. Close to the West entrance of Yellowstone. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with working the TV and contacted the management company. They responded immediately and even offered to come over to the property to help. Would definitely stay here again.

VERY clean, well appointed comfortable townhouse with modern amenities.

Rustic, yet charming, with modern features throughout home including kitchen, w/d, bedrooms and baths. Beds and LR furniture very comfortable. Coolers with ice packs, and TP and paper towel supply, and the pound of coffee was a pleasant surprise. Owners helpful with questions and answers prior to arrival on many occasions. I would recommend this property to and friends/family wanting a Yellowstone visit.

Very Clean and Spacious for a Family of 4

We found this townhouse to be in tip-top condition and were very pleased with our stay. The unit was well insulated from outside noise and had a walkout balcony on the second floor and gas grill on the ground level. The only drawbacks were the absence of air conditioning (not too bad in early June but could be a problem in July/August) and the lack of a washer/dryer (workaround is laundromat a block away).

Great location!

This was a great property, and a great location! Sue went above and beyond to make sure that we arrived safely, and knew of places to eat. She even stayed up to make sure that we were able to get in. Everything was as listed. The property is perfect for older kids and teens, as there are bedrooms in basement. Very clean and well-maintained. Definitely would recommend to friends and relatives. I was a little concerned about staying outside the park, but our teens preferred being in West Yellowstone, where there was more to do, and the townhouse is well within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend The Grizzly Discovery. We didn't go until the last night, because we thought it would be cheesy and/or sad, but was wonderful to see the animals up close. Non-profit Facility which is a home for animals that would otherwise have to be put down, was well-maintained, and the animals were in large areas and looked healthy. Overall, this townhouse was just what we needed. Sue was wonderful! And we were very happy with the location.

A cozy Yellowstone jump off spot

This place was great for our group of 7. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The management company was quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful (even came over to help us with the televisions).

Late season snowmobiling in Yellowstone!

Had a great time on a last minute trip to snowmobile in Yellowstone. The property was exactly as advertised and made for a great "home base".

Comfortable lodging

The condo was maintained well and was clean. Its location made access to Yellowstone and places in West Yellowstone very easy. It is in an apartment/condo complex with other families living there. Which easnt out of place or unexpected since the then of West Yellowstone isn't a place that has condo complexes that are only for vacation rentals.. The floor plan of the condo was different. However entering into the kitchen did help to keep the carpet clean since we removed our hiking boots at the doorway. When we arrived we noticed that one of the bathrooms didn't have a blow drier. I called Mindy and she delivered it promptly along with a couple other items we requested. Since we cooked dinner and packed lunch to eat in the park, we noticed that the kitchen cooking utensils as well as the pots and pans needed improving badly. One frying pan was warped and there were a couple tools that would have made cooking easier. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
