Enjoy a dreamy experience at this centrally-located waterfront home.
In walking distance to the beach, dining, shopping & entertainment.
Located on the south end of the island off.

This coastal style waterfront home is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Beautifully furnished, tile floors throughout, and elegant light fixtures.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a gas stove. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, and provided k-cups. The dining table seats 6 and also has 5 bar stools at the island.

3 bedrooms with a den. 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and 1 half bath by the pool. (Sleeps 8 max)

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet. The bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a tub. Also has access to the lanai.
Guest room 1 has two twin beds. Guest room 2 has a king size bed, and access to the lanai.
The den has a sleeper sofa, and a dedicated workspace with a printer.
There are smart TVs in each room.

You will enjoy being outdoors as well with the heated pool, TV, a bathroom, outdoor shower, a BBQ grill and a fire-pit table. Pool has a northern exposure. Relax on the dock, gets lots of sun, and even do some fishing.

For your enjoyment we have 4 adult bicycles & 8 beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler.

There is plenty of parking with the circular driveway, and large garage. *RV garage parking is available.

*RV Garage use is available with a separate charge.
Boat lift is not available for guests use.
Boat trailers: You may not leave a boat or trailer outside in the driveway or in the yard for more than 6 hours. They must be stored in the garage. Per city ordinance.

Great house, has all you need!

This is a great rental. The house has all you need and about 10-15 min walk to restaurants and beach access. Good communication with host. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool doesn’t really get sun until late afternoon, which was a little bummer to us but the dock has full sun all day. We really enjoyed our time and the house.

We loved our house! She thought of everything, from beach chairs to cooking supplies. It was amazing! Very clean and plenty of space. The pool was the perfect temperature. Lots of sitting room on the dock. We will stay here again!

Christmas Vacation

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and well stocked. Only negatives are the steak knives are very dull and need to be replaced and the propane tanks were all empty so i think we would have used the fire pit more if they were full. Minor issues, overall a wonderful stay.

Great house. Great location. Wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane but Marco was nearly 100% back to normal. We were able to dock a pontoon at the house for 3 days. Very good trip.

Very nice home. Everything is brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice addition. Pool was warm and fire pit table very enjoyable. Was very convenient location to our family’s wedding event at the Hilton.

Amazing Marco Island Residence!

What a beautifully appointed home with all the amenities you could ask for! Our family spent Christmas here in 2021- and it was such a wonderful oasis for us: a full kitchen to use, bar ware and a new gas BBQ, heated pool to lounge by, a dock to enjoy the evening hours, so close to the beach, canal access, beach bikes and chairs to use each day, what’s not to love! Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us!!
