Hou la la! Sur les vues de dessus du nouveau 4 lits / 4. 5 salles de bain deux Ă©tages avec piscine et spa

Notre maison a Ă©tĂ© construite en 1998 et a reçu une rĂ©novation de plus de 400 000 $ qui s'est terminĂ©e en octobre 2016. Chaque salle de bain a Ă©tĂ© vidĂ© des poteaux, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelle piscine, nouveau bain Ă  remous, nouveau toit, nouvelle vĂ©randa moustiquaire, nouvelle ...... MĂȘme jusqu'Ă  chaque plinthe, prise, interrupteur mural, bouton de porte et charniĂšre. Tous les meubles sont Ă©galement neufs et sĂ©lectionnĂ©s par le meilleur dĂ©corateur d'intĂ©rieur de SW Fl.

Trois téléviseurs haute définition de 65 pouces dans le salon, la chambre principale et le coin salon à l'étage. Chacune des 3 autres chambres a des écrans plats de 50 pouces.

La piscine a un bain Ă  remous qui s'adapte facilement Ă  8 personnes avec ce qui est sans doute la plus belle vue du coucher de soleil en Floride. La piscine est facilement exploitable grĂące au systĂšme Aqualink de 2 500 $ avec panneau dans le salon.

Nouveau quai flottant ajoutĂ© pour une utilisation facile des kayaks et de la planche Ă  pagaie. Chaque Ă©quipement fourni, y compris des glaciĂšres, des cannes Ă  pĂȘche, des chaises de plage, des parasols et 4+ vĂ©los neufs. Vous ne voudrez mĂȘme pas partir pour aller Ă  la PLAGE!

This house is gorgeous! It is spacious and clean. The views from the lanai, dock and bedrooms are incredible! They have bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. We can't wait to rent this home again!

The house was pretty and the view was great. Few things were issues getting to the beach was further then thought. The house had ants everywhere. The air conditioner had a hard time cooling house off. The refrigerator was leaking everywhere. The property owner got someone out right away for the ants and little items. However the refrigerator was not addressed the cleaning staff they used didn’t clean silverware or pots and pans. All of that was dirty which attracted the ants. We had to wash everything because it was all gross. Ant were even in dishwasher. I think homeowner needs to address that they aren’t cleaning properly for them.

Stunning Home with Unbeatable Views – Felt Like Coming Home!As former Marco Island residents returning for a family vacation, this home was everything we hoped for—and more. Beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, it had plenty of space for our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) and felt instantly welcoming.The southwest-facing pool and spa were the stars of the show—sun all day and unforgettable sunset views over the wide water. We loved the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and bikes, which gave us endless ways to enjoy the island. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the tech features (TVs, pool controls, etc.) were top-notch.After living on Marco for 15 years, this place brought back all the best memories—it truly felt like home. We’ll be back next summer and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxury stay in a perfect location.

Just a beautiful home to relax with family. Perfect layout of the home provides privacy, when needed and such a spacious group area. We feel that we enjoyed all the special things offered (paddle boarding, kayaking, and bike riding).The pool was so clean and the hot tub was very nice.

Amazing marco property

20th anniversary celebration with friends

This beautiful house with a pool on the canal was a perfect landing spot for our anniversary getaway with friends. We renewed our vows on the dock even! Each couple had their own bedroom and a shower/ bathroom. We made amazing memories in the pool area. Great place to land in between visits to the beach! The view was incredible for sunset. I attached a couple photos right from the house dock. We fished off the dock and we all used the coolers, chairs, fishing gear!! Book it right now! Would go again.

Extended Family Vacation

Beautiful home and neighborhood! We had a group of 8 from 6 years to Adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location on the water was perfect and sunsets were beautiful to end our days. Restaurant, stores, activities, everything we needed always seemed to just be 10 min or less away. Pool was perfect size and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and it was so nice to have bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to use. Fishing from the dock was a hit too. It was a great experience for our first time in Marco and will definitely be back!

A beautiful home located on a beautiful and quiet SW Florida canal. An absolutely wonderful vacation for our entire family! Lots of great fishing, beach time (including great shelling opportunities if you're so inclined) within minutes of the home and finally, the ultimate luxury of returning to the home's very own pool. A perfect summer escape for all!

Great Week in Marco!

Stayed at this location for one week with family and friends to celebrate an engagement! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- well appointed and lots of space! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week to cook and entertain- house was very clean, great location and spectacular views! Would definitely book again!

Family Vacay

We just spent a great week on Marco & have great things to say about this vacation home. The space was lovely & there was plenty of room for our family of 8. Loved having a washing machine. Since beach parking can be tricky, my husband would drop us off (along with all of our chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) Then he would go back to the house, jump on a bike & join us. He would do the reverse process at the end of the day. The pool was awesome & the kids had a blast fishing off of the dock. We were there the middle of May, so beginning of the slow season. We didn't have any trouble making dinner reservations. The bikes were the only thing that caused us any problems. A couple were needing some maintenance...we did contact the office & they said they would take care of it. We LOVED "wake up Marco" for our morning coffee needs. Doreen's was great for brunch. Fin was a fabulous dinner night out. Other highlights were Island Gypsy & the tiki bar at the JW Marriott. We spent one afternoon riding jet skis with the "wow! Marco Island Jet Ski Company...would absolutely recommend as the were a blast to hang out with & took lots of great photos of our group (at no additional cost:))))

Absolutely amazing place!

This was a gorgeous place! So impressed everything about it. Also couldn’t believe how great we all slept! The beds were so comfortable and that’s not always the case. So satisfied! Loved the pool and jacuzzi! So much room and such a classy place!

$400,000 renovation completed in October 2016. Everything and I do mean every single thing is NEW! Beds are top of the line, pool/hot tub feature best views on Marco and the sunsets are to die for.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The views from our home are literally some of the finest in Florida. During the day you have a quarter mile of open water. At night, you have all of the high rises along the beach lighting up the horizon. It is the best of both worlds! We face West so the back of the house captures the essence of every sunset perfectly. as you enjoy a swim in the pool, a dip in the hot tub, fishing from the lite dock or a cold beverage to end a perfect day!

The house sits on Landmark Bay (the largest open and deepest body of water within Marco Island) so there is no house looking in at you. Complete privacy out the back.!
