Location is the best , 2 blocks from beach and excellent seafood restaurants down the road . We can’t wait for you to stay, book today !!

Could not get in, property manager did not give code

We could not get into our VRBO, I tried to contact the property manager by telephone, by the VRBO app, and by email. Cheryl never responded to me with the code to get into the room. The listing is not as described. It was not close to the ocean, it was in a horrible location. The lobby where you try to get into the door was full of WEED smell, we did not feel safe with our children and after waiting for over 2 hours and no response from our host we had to go get a hotel room. The host never tried to contact me and I even left my phone number and made every attempt to contact her for the code. I was truly upset. I want my money back!

Unfortunate circumstance derailed our stay.

There was a discrepancy in the listing (2 bath vs 1 bath), but all in all, the place was clean. There was a leak that happened in the bathroom prior to us arriving that would not allow us to use the shower. The maintenance guy was very nice and came right away. Unfortunately they could not fix it and we had to find other accommodations through VRBO, before the owner could respond. The owner did offer secondary accommodations, but not before we were in another place. The owner was apologetic, quick to respond, and offered a refund. I would say this review is more about a good experience with this owner being professional. For that, I would recommend. Again, it is appreciated that the owner and VRBO was quick to help out. Thank you.

Quiet, comfortable, walk to the beach

We have stayed at this place before, but in a different unit. The overall complex is very quiet. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk one way, and there's a grocery store and fantastic seafood place a 5 minute walk the other way. The manager is incredible...friendly, communicative and very helpful. We'll keep coming back as long as they keep letting us!

Not recommended for a family with children

We rented the unit for four nights but decided to leave after 3. The property is a very old complex and I should’ve done more research on the grounds rather than relying on the unit pictures. The unit itself was clean enough, but there were some issues with the furniture and the environment. I communicated these concerns privately with the property manager and did not get a response. We didn’t spend much time in the unit, but overall, we would not stay here again.

Close to the location we were coming for

Clean room, comfortable beds, just wish there were more towels. Overall stay was excellent and would stay again.
