This is a 2,800 sq ft bright and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 mi from Bethel.
Relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and enjoy a game of foosball or basketball with the family!
We boast a swimming pool, hot tub, 1/2 basketball court, high speed Wi-fi, and foosball table for fun family entertainment!
Sereniti will be your perfect home-base for ski trips to Mt. Shasta, hiking at Lassen, or lake days at Whiskeytown or Shasta Lake.

Wonderful Stay

My 5 friends and I enjoyed our stay the house. It was the perfect size and layout for us. We loved everything about it. The driveway was more than wide enough for our 2 vehicles. The hosts were so friendly and responded to our inquiries very quickly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We will stay here the next time we return to Redding.

The home was in a great location and was well supplies with everything we needed. The management was easy to work with, receptive and helpful. We all very much enjoyed our stay! The pool was a great retreat from the heat. Waterfall was not working but that was o.k. Oh, and, the beds were so comfortable !

Great Stay

This is an amazing house. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.Lot of rooms with comfortable beds and very clean.we loved the backyard and Jacuzzi, it was super relaxing. Everything you need is within close proximity such as Costco, restaurants, shops and more.The host was very attentive and responsive. We would stay here again!

Had a great stay. The house was perfect for 3 families to share. Everyone had their own bed to be comfortable in. The location of the home was perfect for our daily trips to Lake Shasta. The neighbor is quiet, we never even saw the direct neighbors. The backyard is spacious and had a beautiful pool.The only major negative was the floors!! The carpet needs a serious cleaning /replacing and the floors are NOT scrubbed good enough between renters. We’re talking black socks and feet after walking through the house. Would recommend and would stay again if the floors were taken care of.

Shasta summer vacation

We stayed at the serenity house for one week this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was all family with small children and grown-ups. They had an awesome swimming pool that was perfectly clean, the pool guy came twice during the week. We stayed there. They also had an hot tub for the adults to enjoy, my only complaint because all of the rooms were set up lovely and all of the beds were made up wonderfully is that some of the furniture was a little un sturdy. One of the stools in the kitchen the screws were loose and so it was a little dangerous to sit on and one of the chairs out back same thing it was missing. Some screws of the leg was funky , so he said it aside. All in all everything we needed was there at the house and we had a very enjoyable vacation. I would go back again.
