Welcome to your home away from home! You'll never want to leave once you experience this backyard oasis. Newly built heated pool, hot tub, string lights, three fire pits, brand new outdoor kitchen, outdoor space heater for colder weather, comfortable outdoor furniture. And that's just the outside!

This cozy 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 in 2 queen and 3 king beds and we offer a queen floor mattress as well for guests 11 and 12. We love this house and we think you will too!

The space:
The first queen bedroom is downstairs right next to a full bathroom (no stairs required). The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a bathroom upstairs in the hallway next to the laundry room. The master suite has its own private bathroom with walk-in closet. As well as a TV. The upstairs queen bedroom also has its own TV as well. There are three TVs total in the house, including the 62" TV in the living room.

The TVs in the house are all smart TVs so you'll be able to login to Netflix and your other streaming accounts.

In the upstairs hallway cupboard is where you'll find your pool towels, extra blankets, and the air mattress plus all that you need for guests who will be using the air mattress (sheets, pillows, towels, etc). The air mattress comes with a built in air pump right inside the air mattress.

In the garage is where you’ll find the newly remodeled game room. The driveway can hold about 5-6 cars if you use the side RV/boat gate for parking. Street parking is off limits for vacation rentals in the city of Redding.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for cooking big meals with your friends and family. We have a Keurig, French press, and drip coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, grill utensils, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and mixing bowls.

Guest access:
This is a private home. You’ll have it all to yourself! You will have access to the entire inside and outside which consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, game room, and the backyard, which includes a pool (heated optional with payment) and hot tub.

Due to the extremely high cost to heat a pool, we do charge an additional $125/night to heat the pool. You can choose to have it heated for as few or as many nights as you would like during your stay.
