Welcome to the Islands!! Enjoy Florida coastal lifestyle in this highly desirable Vista Verde North Condo at Isla Del Sol. This rarely available first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1150 square foot model is fully updated and fully furnished. So cozy and clean!!You will find everything you need at this place for your comfortable stay!! Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and living space! You will need to bring only your bathing suit and great mood! While on the island, walk, jog or bike Isla's quaint Spanish-named streets which meander through lush gardens surrounded by royal palms, ponds and waterways. This awesome community offers a lagoon style swimming pool and Spa. Isla is conveniently located just minutes to the award winning St Pete Beach (5 min drive, 20 min walk), Ft. DeSoto park, shopping, restaurants and Interstate 275 taking you north to the vibrant downtown St. Petersburg waterfront (only 12 min drive) , and to Tampa and the Tampa International Airport (30 min) or to points of interest just south over the Sunshine Skyway. Excellent Location and First Rate Service

This Isla Del Sol property was ideally suited to our needs. Within walking distance to the Gulf and beautiful view of the golf course (such striking sunrises!), this location checked all our vacation boxes. Coupled with the responsiveness of the owner and the amenities at the property, this condo made out trip worry free.

More than expected! This condo was amazing! Decorated with taste- 2 bedroom 2 bath perfect! Gorgeous on the golf course and so close to beaches and great walking areas to! All amenities Would highly recommend 10 out if 10 Thank you to our host Victoria!!!!!!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for the month of February 2024. We recommend it highly. Great location, well decorated and equipped, Very Responsive host. We either biked or golfed every day. Pool is heated and there is a nice seating area. Close to beaches and downtown St Pete. No hesitation to recommend.

Lovely condo in perfect location. The host Victoria was wonderful. Great communication and quick response with all the info you need.Condo in the perfect location in Vista Verde north close to 3 gorgeous beaches that we love.Condo had all the kitchen tools you need, comfortable bed and great walk in shower.Fun watching all the golfers right off your back deck.Thank you was a perfect trip.

The villa was excellent. Location is perfect, as it about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Patio overlooks the golf course, and it was a great view. Do not hesitate to reserve this villa. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Spring break

Our family enjoy d staying in this comfortable, great location condo. The condo was very clean and had many amenities that we took advantage of. Thank you for having extra toiletries, condiments, cleaning supplies and paper products too. Just a few things to be aware of are 1. Tolls every time you go over the bridge to Gulf Blvd 2. Golf course maintenance noise starts before 7am & as a visitor, you can not play on this course. 3. Security on the golf cart will stop you often with questions.
