We stayed here for a week and it was truly wonderful. Great spacious, house with lovely decor and well equipped all around. Lovely view of the water, a few minute walk to a beach and the neighborhood was perfect.

The place was very nice and clean. Plenty of room and beds were comfy. Great view and convenient. Bathroom you have to share but we made it work fine. We came during the nor’easter weekend and was not able to sit on porches or do the water activities. Location was great and food near by was very good with little shops around it. We drove back and forth to Newport which was not a big deal. Do recommend. This was a girls trip of seven. Side note there are stairs to bedrooms in case you can’t get up stairs.

Fabulous location in charming Wickford.We attended a Red Sox game, picnic in Jamestown, shopping and mansions in Newport, dinner and shopping in Wickford.House is wonderful for a couple of families, great beach end of street.

The home fully met our need! Great spacious family areas great screened in porch and awesome views of loons, water and fish jumping throughout the day. Easy to get to and easy to stay at!I would recommend the home to anyone that wants to be close to activities in Newport but get away to the country and the water. Great Stay!

Enjoyed Matt and Rebecca’s North Kingston home! Very comfortable with all the amenities. Wonderful location with easy access to both Newport and Narragansett in a private peaceful setting. The find of the trip was a wonderful little restaurant “Jiggers South” located nearby!

We just spent the most wonderful 5 days in this gorgeous waterfront property! The home is a perfect combination of style and comfort. It's situated in a charming neighborhood, close to some of the best small towns, restaurants and beaches in Rhode Island. Matt was excellent at communication and so accomodating. We would highly recommend this lovely property!

Family Fun

A wonderful home for our three generational family to enjoy. Beautiful setting and plenty of space for the children and adults to spread out. Access to the Bissel Cove was a short walk and provided hours of entertainment for all. We look forward to returning next summer.

Beautiful home

Spacious and beautiful views… we had 7 girls for a bachelorette trip and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, especially for sleeping arrangements. This home was also extremely clean!!! I wish we had more time there to enjoy it.
