One of the King master bedroom upstairs has two private shaded terrace to enjoy quiet mornings in the rising sun or watch the sun set from your own swing chair.
The other King master is as spacious and features a larhe walk- in type closet and ensuite with deep soaking tub. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tvâs.
The Queen bedroom on the main level is located just off the hub of the house and has its own ensuite as well which can be accessed from the living room from a seperate door.
All bedrooms are outfitted with room-darkening shades, clocks and charging stations.
The kitchen has dining table and chairs to sit up to 6 guests, all major appliances and dishwasher and the living room couch & sofa can comfortably sit up to 6 guests watching their favorite show on a 50â HD flat screen Smart TV.
A mini bar loaded with goodies is available for an extra fee.
The home is well situated to enjoy the trade winds poolside and up on the second level deck where the tropical breeze blows.

Keep volume to reasonable during the day, lower after 9pm and OFF at 11pm.

Rinse off the sand from your feet and beach gear BEFORE entering the house or the Pool.
No sand in the house or in the pool. Please rinse-off first.
Visitors
No visitors whatsoever outside your rental agreement or traveling party.
Damage Fees
Lost or damaged items: Cost of replacement
Lost beach towel: $50 Stained linens: Cost of replacement
Broken Glass in the pool area: $1000 Excessive use of electricity (AC) will be charged back to the guests.
