Sunset One, est une villa de plage récemment construite avec piscine, avec un design moderne et élégant au sol ouvert. Passez la journée à vous détendre à la plage, au bord de la piscine, profitez de la cuisine du soir sur le barbecue ou assis au coin du feu à l'extérieur sous la palmeraie. Promenez-vous le long d'une des plus belles plages du monde au coucher du soleil!

Marchez jusqu'à la plage - à seulement 200 m de votre porte d'entrée, ou prenez simplement la voiturette de golf fournie pour vous. L'eau cristalline turquoise ne cesse d'étonner! AprÚs la journée de farniente à la plage, prenez une douche sous la douche extérieure sous un ciel bleu vif!

Les grandes portes coulissantes se rétractent dans la conception du mur, vous pouvez donc joindre le salon et la cuisine avec la terrasse extérieure directement à la piscine.

The owner provided many helpful suggestions prior to our visit, which helped is make reservations before our trip. We went to many of the suggested restaurants and all were outstanding. The owner also greeted us with a very thorough tour of all of the many amenities.The location is far better than staying at a Grace Bay rental. The nearby beach is extremely beautiful and private, with great views and much fewer visitors. I give this villa the highest rating because it is extraordinary, especially for the low cost compared to other options. I also thank the owner for contributing to our wonderful vacation in many ways. (I usually do not use so many superlatives.)

The house was beautiful and spotless, and it had everything we needed-from towels, soap, and paper products to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and smoothie maker. Beate was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay.The beach was stunning, and loungers and umbrellas were set up for us every day. We loved using the kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear, and we also enjoyed grilling dinners on the barbecue.Stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away, so I recommend renting a car for convenience. The only downside was that the golf cart had been damaged by previous guests, so we weren’t able to use it.Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation, and we would happily return!

This house has so much going for it, the location is perfect, super close to the beach, and the outdoor space is private and lovely. We had a few minor bumps along the way, the golf carts weren’t working, there was a leak in the bathroom, and communication could’ve been smoother, but overall, we still had a great time. With a little extra attention to maintenance, it would be an easy five stars.

Exactly what we were expecting, perfection. Location to the beautiful beach couldn’t have been better. Wi-fi was great, and the pool was so refreshing. Very nice appliances in kitchen and the tv’s were great for streaming. I will definitely be back! Oh yeah, the golf cart was a huge bonus!

Beautifully appointed villa

The property is absolutely wonderful and the owner is even better, always available and made great recommendations on food. The house provides everything needed for beach, cooking, entertainment (paddle boards, golf cart, kayak, snorkel gear, beach bags, lots of towels and amazing outdoor shower. Only suggest you stay very aware of your surroundings and those following/ watching you. Beach access is used by many locals, used for paid photo shoots and beach construction works are very questionable.

Great location with beautiful beach! Golf cart and free beach chair setup was huge help with kids. Plenty of sand toys and snorkeling gear. Pool is beautiful and the home was amazing. Beate was extremely gracious and accommodating. We didn’t need anything but groceries!

Wonderful host and stay

My family of 4 loved staying here. Beate met us at the house, a spacious, clean, quiet, and fully equipped private home with nice appliances, utensils, a grill. The pool area, loungers, and outdoor table are sheer paradise! We were able to drink fresh coconut water on the lanai. There are plenty of towels and beach accessories available and a nice paddle board and kayak that you can take on the golf cart to the beach, which is a minute ride away. There were beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us each morning. You will not believe how beautiful and calm the water is! Even though it was quite windy each day, there were virtually no waves in early April. We were able to look straight through the water and pick up big, nearly whole shells. We saw maybe 30 people—spread out— at its most crowded the whole week. Beate made great shopping/dining recommendations. Mr. Grouper was a favorite. Try Mango Reef and Hemingways. The island is EXPENSIVE. There’s a 12% govt tax and 10% service fee at restaurants. The gourmet market is pricey. But there’s unmatched beauty here, even if the roads are a mess. Unfortunately, some things we looked forward to were not available or broken--the waterfall feature in the courtyard, the lights in the pool, and the hammock. The TV in the master bedroom didn't have the streaming services we expected. A couple of other things also weren't available, but Beate quickly fixed those. Would love to return and enjoy these things as well! Thank you!

Spring break 2025

The house and Owner are absolutely fantastic. Nothing but five star customer service from beginning to end. One of the best vacation's we’ve ever had. The location to town is great and it’s literally less than 20 seconds by golf cart to the beach. You can’t beat it..I highly recommend this stay . We will absolutely be back!!

Excellent property and location

We stayed for a week and thought it was great. Good access to Leeward Beach and beach was very quiet, even over spring break week. Very easy access to Grace Bay Area for shopping, groceries and lunch/dinner options. Would highly recommend.

Great family getaway

Perfect home for a multi-generation family get away. The owners have loaded it with all the necessities for a beach vacation! The location is excellent, just (like the rest of the island) a bit of construction noise. Closely located to downtown for shopping, groceries and some great restaurants. The owner provided some great recommendations for all of the above, and even a running route for my son. Highly recommend! They have thought of everything.

Family vacation

I took my family on a "birthday" vacation for my sister. The villa was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, excellent location minutes from the beach and close to everything - dining, excursions, shopping. The home was a very private and I enjoyed it immensely. Cannot say enough great things about it....

We came back!

Beautiful home in Turks and Caicos

The home is beautiful inside and out!. Everything you need is there and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything. The golf cart ride to the beach is a quick 2 minutes and the beach is fabulous. We loved our stay at this home and hope to go back soon. The host was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Loved the house and location

First of all, Beate is a lovely host. She gave us all the time we needed to tour the house and ask her questions about where to go and what to do, then left us alone unless we had a question. She arranged for 6 lounge chairs to be set up and reserved for us on the beach, which was beautiful, not crowded and a one minute ride from the house in the new six-seat electric golf cart. The back patio and pool was a great place for dinner, cocktails and a relax at the end of the day. The community is gated and easy to get in and out of. The house is beautiful clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely spot... we'd stay again.

Didn't want to leave

First time visiting TCI and the house and Leeward area is wonderful. Leeward area is quiet and easy to get around and close to Grace Bay area restaurants and grocery store.The house was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers and check in/out was easy. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out. Having a morning coffee (or drink anytime of day) on the back porch or at the beach was so peaceful. Beach visits and sunsets were so convenient with the provided golf cart.Property and beach access is great for lounging around but also loved that the mangrove cay and the Jetski/E-Foil rentals at Leeward were so close (a few minute drive) and can't be missed. If you're not into staying at resorts then this is where you want to stay at.

Everything you would need!

We enjoyed our time in Turks at this fantastic property which has everything you might possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation.... short walk / golf cart to blue water, beach chairs, watersports, etc. and relaxing spa like pool space with the unit. Add this to 3 spacious bedrooms with baths, living area, and chef designed kitchen in a safe and quiet location makes this a can't miss spot. Highly attentive owner who has thought of everything you may need for a great vacation.
