Amazing Condo

We had the best week! Condo was the perfect set up for kids and adults. Had wifi issues with the building and the property managers were excellent keeping us updated. Would book again!

Lovely place. Easy in and out. Perhaps some coffe would be nice to have for late arrivers who can’t get provisions till morning. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Good location

This condo was perfectly located on the beach at the more quiet side of Navarre. The beds were super comfortable. It was plenty spacious for us 6 adults and two infants. The appliances work well. The down side was the following: Very Dirty walls and FILTHY floors. Master toilet doesn’t work well. Takes multiple flushes and overflows at times. Pictures are hung on finishing nails that have drug down the Sheetrock instead of hooks and easily fall off when bumped in passing. We worked tirelessly to get a picture back on the wall that was shoulder height right outside of the kitchen, where there is a lot of foot traffic, because we didn’t want to get charged for damaging anything. Because this condo is rented through a company instead of an individual, you get only one roll of cheap, shreddy toilet paper and paper towels and no replacement trash bags, unlike when renting from individuals who offer more personal touches and at least a back up roll of tp, paper towels and trash bags. When you spend this much on a rental, you shouldn’t have to grocery shop specifically to supply such simple items that would just be hospitable to provide. Also, the company was less than interested in helping us with one extra parking space because we had 6 people coming from several different states; and I KNOW that not every unit always uses both of their parking spaces and that, being mid October, there was plenty of available parking. But I was nonchalantly told I would just need to find my own extra parking spot on a public lot somewhere. I guarantee I will purpose to rent from an individual in the future that will have just as good of a location with more personal interest in their renters. We’ve been to the area multiple times and have now dealt with BOTH of the prevalent property rental companies there, who simply charge too much to provide too little in my opinion. I’ve booked a condo through an individual for December in PCB and the owner has bent over backwards to provide the condo with ALL of the necessary amenities and has communicated well for a whole lot less money. And she has over 90 positive reviews and only ONE negative one.

Nice place if you don't mind slow internet

We booked this Condo for our family including a 3 year old grandchild. The bedding was good .. Master bedroom had a mattress pad that moved over a foot every other day. We just pulled it back to the correct placement a few times. The Internet which the TV cable went through was so slow that we could not watch regular TV news, etc. It froze every time. I did manage to watch a couple of movies on demand without trouble though. With a 3 year old, we wanted to find a show for her to watch, and it would freeze. The kitchen is well stocked with bakeware, cookware, etc. It does need potholders though. We used bathroom towels to pull bread out of the oven. Beautiful view of the Pier and beach. We worked around the little quirks and enjoyed ourselves. Property manager was excellent and had a leak fixed while we were there!

We have stayed at Navarre towers many times, this rental 303 needs updated, the sofas were bad, very uncomfortable, wrong remote for bedroom, the tv provider bad, as for Vrbo always great to work with!!!

Great Week!

We had a great visit to this well appointed unit. Great view and it made a wonderful place for my family to relax. This listing is priced higher than other condos that are almost identical to this unit. I would book again if the price was on par with the others.

Navarre condo

This place was better than expected. One of the nicer condos in Navarre.. it was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean.. we loved waking up to the beach every morning! We will be back!
