Genuine Santa Fe Adobe Casita

Our genuine Santa Fe style Casita is located just minutes from The Broadmoor, downtown Colorado Springs, nearby hiking and paces from a local park featuring hiking, Pickleball, tennis and more.

Situated on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac with seven other Adobe homes, our Casita offers Mountain Views, a separate entrance and private patio for our guests to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, sunset and stargazing.

Our home is attached to the Casita but it offers complete privacy. In addition to the two large bedrooms, there is a large sitting room and entry hall with comfy couches and a tv with all channels and high speed internet.

A third bedroom which attaches via the terrace with a king bed and bath with tub/shower may also be available upon request at an additional charge.

What a beautiful flat! The space rests atop a gorgeous, private neighborhood of tree lined streets and southwest architecture. Beautiful views abound. The interior is carefully curated with the perfect mix of eclectic handcrafted masterpieces. Artisan textiles, furniture, and accessories, are imported for the guests delight. Books are a vast array of travel guides and local expertise. Snacks, kitchen amenities, and toiletries prove that every detail has been considered by these tasteful hosts. It is pure joy to stay in this ample and inviting space!”

A charming little retreat! Perfect for anyone who enjoys sipping tea (or wine) while reading, listening to music, and unwinding. It’s quiet, spotless, and an excellent value.One note for future guests: Vrbo’s listing layout can be a bit misleading. The icon shows three bedrooms with four beds total, but the third bedroom is actually optional and comes at an additional cost. This is a Vrbo display issue, not a host issue. Everything worked out smoothly, and I’d still highly recommend this relaxing getaway.

We stayed at the Adobe Casita for one night so that we could take my toddler to Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The location was super close to the Zoo which was great! There was wildlife in the front yard - even a big deer buck! Perfect patio to have coffee in the morning. The home was decorated really amazing and interesting - almost like a museum. This place would be so cute for a couples weekend. Host was communicative when needed. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Very quite neighborhood and beautiful, clean house.I should have paid more attention when looking at pictures, as I did not notice that stove was not included in the kitchenette.But the host saved us by offering her grill.The only thing that I suggest to improve is putting blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially the king bed bedroom. The sun is so bright in the morning shining directly in the window - existing blinds are not enough.

Perfect spot with access to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Quiet area with all of Colorado Springs at our fingertips. Our stay was 5 nights with no problems!!

Great Stay

Nice, quaint and cozy property in a great secluded area in a great location. Close to Garden of the Gods, downtown, Pikes peak and more. Everything was easy to get to, and it has a nice patio as well. Owners were great, even a former state governor!

Oasis close to town

I really enjoyed the peacefulness, cleanliness, and attention to detail associated with the property. The location is close to everything relevant in Colorado Springs while being away from traffic and noise. The property itself is tastefully decorated and super clean. I believe much of the carpet and furniture is new. The property owner was quick to respond and had a lovely attitude about it all. Will certainly re-book when back in town.

A very nice place to stay. Sipping my coffee in the morning on the patio outside, watching the bunnies come down from the property across the street. Just peaceful.

Lovely home and neighborhood

This place exceeded our expectations. The rental is very comfortable and spacious. It was beautifully decorated, it was like staying in a museum. So many beautiful pieces from all over the world. It was a quiet street that is close to walking trails, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Perfect For The Following Reasons...

* Easy and quick communication with the owner. * Location: A five minute walk to a large park/open space. and only a 12 minute drive to a thriving downtown. * A very warm feeling to the residence and well decorated to enhance the feeling of the casita. * Stunning view from the living area & the master bedroom. *A 1.5 mile drive down to the highway that takes you up into the Rockies. * A family of authors made for great reading material. * Overall we will stay there again on our next trip to Colorado Springs. Enchanting Stay at the Casita!

The Casita was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood with exceptional landscaping. Very close to the Broadmoor and not far from downtown. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Spacious Property

The property is very spacious and has a great view of the city lights at night. A bit dismayed that the "kitchenette" was actually located in one of the bedroom closets. It worked OK for us as it was just the two of us; however, had we been traveling with another couple, that could have been awkward.

Beautiful area and neighborhood

My friend and I were visiting another friend in Colorado Springs. We found this Casita and booked it. We really enjoyed our stay. Mornings out front with coffee and then walking along the trails nearby. We had everything we needed. We were not far away from Manitou, Garden of the Gods, dinner at The Broadmoor.

Darling Casita

We loved our stay at the casita. It was perfect for parent’s weekend - cozy, quiet, trails right outside, great location to feel secluded , but not too far from town. Hosts were amazing and accommodating.

Lovely accommodation - Great location

Couldn't have asked for a greater place to stay. The home is very comfortable. I really enjoyed having the walking trails so close (adjoining the street). It was a tad warm in the house (Aug)... but closing the blinds during the day helped a lot. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful place in a great location

The casita is located in a group of a few very nice adobe-style homes, on a private, quiet street. Location is convenient to Manitou, Garden of the Gods, etc. and makes a great home base. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable, with thoughtful small appliances essential for a place without a full kitchen. Jacqueline was very responsive and communicative, and had some great recommendations.
