Welcome to our family and pet-friendly lakefront home, perfectly situated on a quiet cove with deep, clear water and a private dock. Enjoy effortless lake days with level entry into the water—ideal for kids and adults alike. We provide 3 kayaks and life jackets so you can paddle, explore, or simply relax on the water.
The outdoor space is designed for gathering and unwinding. A large deck overlooks the lake and features two four-person dining tables plus two comfortable loungers. In the evenings, head down to the fire pit for s’mores, stories, and peaceful lakeside stargazing. A spacious screened-in porch offers additional seating for up to eight, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or shaded afternoon lounging.
Inside and out, the home is perfect for families, friend groups, and visitors to nearby Clemson University—whether you’re in town for student visits, athletic events, or football game weekends. It’s the ideal blend of quiet lake living and convenient access to all the action.

All bath, bed, kitchen linens provided. Excludes beach towels. All kitchen supplies, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, Pam. Shower and hand soaps, and starter paper products.
If you plan to bring your boat, please make sure you are aware of the rules/ regulations of the lake.

Within 48 hours of confirmation, you will be required to sign a copy of the rental agreement and return via email or snail mail along with a copy of your divers license( mark out DL number for your security). With a max of 2 dogs. Pet Policy – Dogs must be crated when left unattended. You must provide sheets/blankets to cover furniture if dog will be on furniture Restricted Breeds:
For safety and insurance reasons, the following dog breeds or any mix thereof are not permitted on the property:
Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, German Shepherd, or any breed deemed aggressive or restricted by the Owner’s insurance provider.
Bringing an unauthorized pet or restricted breed will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ———Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy of the property is eight (8) persons at any time, including children, visitors, and day guests.
Exceeding this limit constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional fees. *******We do have a camera monitoring driveway, front and back door.
