This is the perfect family vacation spot! Newly built 3300 sq ft home on Lake Hartwell Spacious 5Bd/4Ba, 2 level home sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Lots of room for entertaining.

Main level features 3 bedrooms. 2 with a Queen bed in each and a shared bath. Master with King bed, private bath and access to screened porch. Gas log fireplace in living room and screened porch. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware you should need. Living area on both levels.

Downstairs features 2 bedrooms. One with a King and twin bunkbeds and a private bath. The other has a Queen and 2 twin beds.

Great House to spend time with family for the holiday. Lots of room with plenty of space to spread out. Plenty to keep busy with. All enjoyed the putting green, ping pong table, pool table, pinball and lots of other games. Clean and well stocked home. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space. We were here for a Clemson graduation and we had seven people staying in the house along with one dog. I chose this house because I wanted everyone to have lots of space and things to do. I wasn’t disappointed. The kitchen was well stocked and there is plenty of sitting space. The view of the water is fabulous. We watched the sun rise and the deer wander through the yard. Loved the fireplace and the extra space in the screened in upper deck. We enjoyed the game room downstairs. The younger crowd stayed up late playing ping pong and watching TV without disrupting the sleep of those on the main floor. We did not have time to use the hot tub, but we looked inside and it was very clean. I’d like to come back when we have more time to use the kayaks and sit outside around the bonfire. Thank you for sharing your space and making our trip and celebration memorable.

It was great, very welcoming. We didn't have time to use hot tub. We rented a boat and fished with the kids and family. Very clean. Played in gaming are. 12 of use.

The house was a great location and perfect fit for our Clemson Parents Weekend! All the kids want us to buy a lake house because of how much fun we had!

Had to rewash all the sheets. I don't know if they were ever washed. They smell bad, very dirty hair and the drawers hair in the beds. The oven was disgusting. The refrigerator was disgusting. There was no soaps at all. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 11 people. There was no cleaning supply so I don't know how and when if they ever cleaned. Send the photos to the host.

Wonderful property! There is something for every age here. The game room was the highlight of the trip for the kids and the open concept kitchen dining living room was so spacious! The host was wonderful and very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

Great Lake

This was our third time staying at this house. The house is located in a great spot on Lake Hartwell. However, over the years the owners have not maintained the exterior of the house and it’s pretty dirty. The dock needs to be cleaned and the interior could use a deep clean and refreshed linens.

Clemson Graduations

This property was perfect for our family. We had room to spread out. It was rainy so there was no water activity although equipment was furnished. We cooked three meals. The kitchen could be stocked better. The screened in deck and the outdoor fire pit provided a lot of enjoyment! Also, the games in the basement were utilized. The board at the foot of the basement stairs needs repaired. It is a safety hazard! Basement showers didn't drain well and the toilets in the house needed cleaning. Everything else was fine! We had a wonderful stay!!

Excellent house with lots of space, plenty of games for all ages and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor porch is very comfortable and the putting green/cornhole space was fun. Lake access looked to be very good but since it was late November, we didn’t use that amenity. Will definitely be looking at renting this property again. Note to landlord: several maintenance items noted
 Drains in all showers except master drained very slow Threshold piece on stairs to basement was not adhered to the platform so we placed it next to the stairs Toilet seat in master bath is loose and shifts when using Kitchen pots and pans were dirty with baked on food. Refrigerator had food stains. Everything else was perfect.

Great House Great Memories

Our 10 person group consisted of a 70+ Grandmother to a 19 year old teenager. We were in town to attend a Clemson Football game and to celebrate my sons 21st bday. (one son attends Clemson University). The house is located in a rural/wooded area about 20 mins from campus. To the quiet screened in sitting area (with TV & outside fireplace) to the basement full of games, pool table, standing video game, putting green, hot tub, dock with all the toys, etc, etc. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The grounds the home sits on is beautiful. So peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely decorated. The house is very clean. If you are thinking about renting this home, go ahead and rent it. You will be happy you do.

Affinity for Amenities

This is the perfect place for a family/friends retreat where you want to stay constantly entertained without having to leave the premises. The amenities that came with the house -- dock, games, putting green, HOT TUB, etc. -- provide constant opportunities for activity and relaxation. The bedroom configuration is also perfect for mixed groups. Honestly, can't say enough great things about the house. The property management company was also fantastic to work with, making it the cherry on top of this sweet retreat.

Great home & Location

Wonderful spacious home on a great part of the lake within a 15-20 minute drive to Clemson!! It was a perfect weekend on the lake. Lots of sitting areas to enjoy each others company. Plenty of life jackets for boating or floating in the lake, the guys enjoyed practicing their putting skills. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the coffee bar and wine frig. I highly recommend!! We will be back.
