NOUVELLE LISTE! Maison récemment rénovée avec plage privée et commodités

Cette nouvelle maison se trouve sur plus d'un acre de terrain dans un cadre privé au bord du lac au lac Keowee à S. C.

De grandes vues sur l'eau abondent dans toute la maison.

Il dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement 13 personnes, chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de bain et une maison superposée séparée pouvant accueillir 5 personnes.

Il a l'espace de vie extérieur parfait pour les rassemblements avec un pont supérieur expansif, un coin salon avec terrasse, une terrasse couverte avec plate-forme de baignade et des siÚges pour se détendre, une plage privée, un foyer, une glaciÚre extérieure, des fers à cheval et une douche extérieure.

Le salon principal a des plafonds cathédrale, du parquet et un foyer au bois pour les froides nuits d'hiver. La cuisine est bien équipée et peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Il y a une table de billard et une salle familiale avec de nombreux siĂšges qui donnent sur l'immense cour arriĂšre et le lac vierge.

Il y a 4 kayaks, des pagaies et un assortiment de gilets de sauvetage pour profiter du lac ainsi que du jeu en plein air.

PrĂšs de l'Ă©picerie, des restaurants et Ă  16 miles de Clemson.

Wonderful stay at the lake! The house was better than the pictures and spotless. We enjoyed nice crisp fall weather which was perfect for smores with the fire pit, but still got some kayak time as well. The host was super easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. It was great!

The home was impeccably decorated and was a great use of the space, with a very comfortable living room and a gorgeous kitchen. We had a wonderful time at the property and taking walks around the lake. We hope to visit again!

What a wonderful home! Beautiful views and beautiful property. The owners have the house well stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. The bunkhouse with that beautiful bathroom is a great retreat for anyone. The dem has a huge L shaped sofa that is quite comfy. We plan to visit again!

Great for a large family.

Many areas for large groups to hangout, cook, dine. There were 10 of us from 4 - 65. Never on top of each other.

Great location on Lake Keowee

We are a family of 5 that stayed for our July vacation on Lake Keowee. The house was comfortable with a King bed downstairs with master bath connected and an additional half bath on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs a queen with private bathroom connected and another bedroom with a queen and a twin bed with a full bath in the hall. There is an additional bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds and a bathroom connected to it. Parking for four vehicles. Additional features include a fire pit, a great dock with deep water access and a place to have a boat, a sandy little beach to enjoy morning coffees, kayaks available and tons of seating throughout the house and outside to have guests spread out and relax. We had a great week and have fallen in love in Lake Keowee.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best week at this lake house with our family! We enjoyed jumping off the dock and floating in the lake. The kids loved the beach area. The property is very nice. The fire pit was so peaceful and relaxing at night. Overall, a great lake house experience.

Great Place for Family/Friend Gathering

This property is beautiful! The view of the lake from the house is spectacular. Gradual slope to access ample dock. The cove on which the property sits is relatively quiet. Not a lot of boat traffic. The kids enjoyed wake boarding, paddle boarding and kayaking on lake. Great common areas along with space to get away if you want. I chose this property because of the number of bedrooms and baths (each room in main house had a bath & bunk house had a nice, large bath for kids). Grandkids, their parents and grandparents all had a space. The pool table was a hit with everyone! Nice amenity. Home also well-equipped. The parking was ample, we had a boat trailer in addition to the 6 (at times) vehicles. The homeowner was very prompt in answering any questions. The folks they have cleaning the property were so nice and helpful. I would rent this property again.

We spent five days here as our older was graduating from Clemson. This is very close to Clemson and right on Lake Keowee. It is a great property with nice views. We are already thinking about a lake vacation here.

Love lake life

What a lovely property right on the lake. Floating on the water, sitting on the small beach on the property watching the sunset, grilling out in the evenings made our time so relaxing. Lots of green space outside! Very comfortable living space inside the house too - comfy beds and large couch for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Lake Vacation

Great property! Perfect location, exactly as advertised!! We rented a boat from Keowee Marina, kept it at the dock for a few days, couldn’t have worked out better. Perfect way to finish off the summer.

Great Holiday

What a fabulous home on the lake! It was perfect for our group and had plenty for everyone to enjoy and space to spread out. The extra room with bunks was great for the younger ones in our group to stay up later and not disturb the others! Highly recommend!

The best.

The best Host and best home on Keowee. Our 4th year of many to come with Camy. For those that have not yet stayed at this beautiful property, it is the perfect home for a family. Right down to a private sandy beach for the littles ones to wade in, to a pretty little island to swim to for the older guests. Great central location on the lake close to other attractions. Great location and backyard was beautiful

Home was very nice, we spent most of our time on the lake and it was beautiful. Yard, dock, kayaks and location on the lake were perfect! FYI- bunkhouse is wonderful but only sleeps 4. The pull out bed underneath is blocked by a waterline now and was not usable, one of our boys couldn’t sleep with the others but their was plenty of space inside.

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for a long weekend getaway! Our two families had plenty of room. The bunk house was a big hit with the boys ranging in age from 8-13. The dock and fire pit were wonderful as well. The house is only about 30 minutes from Clemson. It was an easy drive to enjoy a Clemson football game during our stay. Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great day, especially for the lake views and close to Clemson

We had a good stay for the weekend with the family. Everything was as described and I especially liked the kayak for use and lay out of the house. The family enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit and relaxing! Can’t go wrong.

We all love the lake and the peaceful feeling we get when we visit here and are very excited about finally owning our own home on the lake!
